1) No! you are invisible. But you will be able to see/hear other people in physical plane
2) I haven't tried it, but I have heard that many people does that, there are something like Astral temple, where many people meet in astral form.

Yeah, It's normal. I used to experience this sometimes. You can stay calm and try to see your surrounding with closed eyes, it will avoid this weird experience and helps you exit your body.

Idk if this is Astral Projection. Im confused.

Now that I am understanding what my nightmares/ terror are or could be. And that I'm actually not in harms way I slept pretty good today.

I did have a dream or whatever this is.

And when I started getting scared I just told myself to wake up. Its OK not to panic that I am in control and safe.

I was able to being myself out of my paralysing state and was calm.

I even feel back asleep and hard a peacefully and erotic dream. Lol. But I'm having a hard time sleeping because I slept all day

Hi Lucidman, You can start with lucid dreaming initially, which will help you achieve sleep paralysis easily.

But this way is bit unstable, but this will help you understand how astral projection works, later you can start working on astral projection easily.

Is some kind of entity blocking me from having an astral projection?

make sure your very calm and still and also try to find steady quiet or steady background noise, dim the light down where you can barely see the wall or whatever's in front of the bed. its especially easy like an hour before your bedtime.

Astral Projection, OBE, or sleep paralysis? Help me please.

So normally I don't jump to conclusions like astral projection or OBE but I'm honestly running out of explanations as to why this keeps happening to me. I'm 17 years old and I am a female. These are my experiences and I really would like some kind of explanation. Okay. So I have suffered from anxiety in the past but not severe. Last year was the first time this happened to me. I tend to randomly wake up in the middle of the night on a normal basis, so when I found myself awake at 2 am I didn't really worry. I was able to move and I was conscious. But after awhile I just started looking around the room and I felt strange. Almost as if I knew something was going to happen. Then out of no where, all the sound from my ears cut off and then was replaced with this weird noise. It sounded like wind or...(continued)

Ap or just a dream?

Hi Yupifelix, This is false awakening combined with sleep paralysis. I used to have such things, I used to wake up thinking I woke up really, but again I used to get into sleep paralysis. I feel that when the energy is low to astral project, we will get stuck in this loop until we wake up.

Astral travel? You tell me

Hi Kyle, It is absolutely an astral projection, but involuntary. I have had similar experiences before. I used to suddenly wake up in some of my friend's home and was listening to them. Mostly it's like a gravity. when you are in a stage to astral project and someone is talking about you, you will be pulled there automatically.

It feels very weird at that early age, but I would say that is the right age to experience astral projection as you would usually think anything is possible. Soon after we grow up, we usually have a sceptical approach to everything and we don't believe in most of these things, which makes harder to astral project, astral projection won't happen easily without believing that you can do it.

If you could believe and try it out, you can start experiencing the same every day.
