Took me a while to realize what happened and this happened years ago, but as I learned more about astral projection I was able to figure it out just recently.

Have you ever had those moments when you are lying in bed and as you are falling to sleep you all of a sudden feel like you are about to fall? Well, that is your astral body attempting to take its step out.

When I was younger this happened to me, I fell out of my bed or so it felt like and ended up with my back against the wall, vision as blurry as can be but it all felt so real I had no idea what was going on. As my vision cleared up, I stared into the hallway which contained a small shot of light. So I just made this account because I'm confused on what happened last night. So I know what astral projection is ive always been fascinated by it but I also have a fear of demons due to being sensitive as a kid. So last night I spent the night at my friends house. I fell asleep and dreamed of a girl( I'm bisexual) and she was hot so we were about to hook up and then I got the feeling she was evil and her face never changed she was still hot but she started grinning and threw me across the room then everything goes black. I wake up and everything is blurry I can't really see I try to move and I can't. I tried to see for a minute until my vision focused I realized I was floating and I looked down and saw myself. Also just realized I was OP...that was my beginning days and I no longer fear any of my dream states

Don't underestimate your imagination. Either imagine yourself already out, or just get up as if you were awake. My first couple times projecting, I thought I was fully awake and screwed up..really I was out of body

they are so similar. Astral is consciousness at the beginning, lucid is during a set scene

actually you can die in your dream if you go out to far you are exposing your soul to the possibility of leaving this "realm" do not do this if someone is not watching you and measuring your pulse every 3 minutes you can die it is dangerous be prepared feel free to ask
