Wow, I have researched this for over a year and never came across this.... I wonder if she is not wording it right... we all face our fears when there... it can be as real as here or more real and free... I wonder if she learned there and applied it to waking life... in other words created a new reality but yet wouldn't have done it without astral travel......  If this is not the case then Calamity has said everything ... depending on what questions you ask you will not know where she stands sanity wise... Good luck , you are such a good friend to be concerned for her..  :)

That must have been it.  Strange that the girl I heard was speaking to someone on the other side.  Unless they were talking about me...lol! I'll just take it as a sign that maybe I am getting closer to OBE again.

The same thing happens to me. I usually just try to force my body to move and I'll end up moving my "energy" body instead but when I try to force my head to move and stand up fully I'll end up breaking the trance.

I don't think the question, "Who are you?" makes a lot of sense to astral beings for names do not matter or it may not have a name. Maybe ask, "What is it do you want to show me?".

Speak telepathically, it's easier  ;)

Maybe wear ear plugs to cover the noise?

That's awesome, I think I'll try practicing reality checks tonight. I've kinda been relying on isochronic tones solely but I should try those too. Although lucid dreaming and projection has been hard on me cuz I haven't been able to sleep easy because of death threats and the such. I'm trying to deal with it legally but I need to archive the messages.

I had a dream a couple nights ago, wasn't completely clear but I remember in my dream I was at a high school with a girl in my class I wanted to bring her into the other world and I created a "bridge" to the astral (more like a portal really). She ventured in and I was there at the other end and I let her explore for a while before I approached her, let her get used to the scenery I guess. I was attracted to her curiosity and I was attracted to her in general because I could sense that she had a good heart, more spiritual than most people like me. A lot more happened after that but like I said my memory is not clear right now. Just wanted to share, thought you guys might enjoy it.

Btw, is it possible to revisit this memory through projection? I would very much like to do that, I want to know this vividly.
