Hello everyone, thank you for having me.

I’m genuinely grateful for anyone who will read this and maybe assist me in a way or another. Thank you blush

I’m really new to astral projection (never done this). I just read a book about it (a friend offered it to me, but I lost it and forgot the name) and had really strange experiences in life that opened me to the idea.

My knowledge is very restraint, I’m just starting with meditation and read “Astral Projection Guidebook: Mastering the Art of Astral Travel by Erin Pavlina”.

I’m mostly looking forward exchanging with you guys, and having some guidance.

What about my story? Despite of 5 years of nocturnal terrors when I was a very young, I always have been enjoying dreaming. I never mastered lucid dreaming on purpose, but I already have been on a physical sleeping paralysis...(continued)

I had my first ever sleep paralysis no more than 2 days behind the day of this posting. It was an authentic dejavu. But I had done absolutely nothing to induce it. Well to elaborate, I had done a fair bit of reading before I had just... I don't remember but I just woke up to vibrations in both my wrists. Actually I first thought that I just awoke? But now I realize that it must have been the tremors, totally. To elaborate further, it was simply the standard bed time, you know?Nothing unusual.

But there I was, I hadn't opened my eyes but I was smiling inside alright. I was like This is it! It's working! But I was skeptical about continuing and dissociating? Because I had had a splitting headache all day and it had reached the verge of subsiding by the time I was vibrating however, but I was feeling low about it, as I thought it was not a...(continued)

Can anyone tell me if I projected?

I think you just had a really vivid dream. Going to a room alone and trying to project is the best way to get good results. I am currently trying it and have gotten all the right symptoms but I haven't spiritually gotten out yet. That being said, unless you got up and saw yourself on the bed, then that means you projected. But from what it sounds like, you just had a very lucid/vivid dream.

Ive been studying/practicing astral projection for a couple of months so far. And I've found that sometimes after I've been projecting for longer periods of time, and returning to my physical body/full consciousness, that I feel a strong (not painful) pressure on my chest. Does anyone else, or has anyone else experienced this as well?

Did you experience the vibrational stage and coming out of your body? Imo, it seems like you had a very vivid dream, and unless you knew you were dreaming it was probably a lucid dream. Also, sounds in reality can leak into a dream too. If I hear a family member talking, I end up waking up to it, which I also heard the talking in the dream before the person managed to wake me up from my sleep.

I'm not sure BC I've never gotten that far. I've only been trying to project for about a month. I too was having the sleep paralysis episodes over and over again in 1 night. Except at that time I didn't know it could lead to projection so I kept waking myself up. It was almost every night. Of course once I got interested in projecting I've only had sleep paralysis one time since then. Go figure!!

Ive never personally experienced that, except for the floating sensation. If i feel negative vibes, I return to my body. Also be careful with what doors you open..because you might let something you don't want through.

Closer than ever

Tried AP yesterday night I was really close I think. About 15 minutes in I was very relaxed but my mind was very awar. With my eyes closed I started to see something shaking. It looked like a baby who shook his head. Then I saw a face, I can't tell if it was mine or someone elses, it was like blue-ish.

Does anyone know if I was close to projecting or if this was something else?
