Hmmm, strange. May I know little more details. As far as I know, unless you ask question in astral plane you will not get any signs like these. It might be a lucid dream. Please elaborate a little about the experience, where I can help you with this.

I got AP twice but both the time i cant be in that state more than a few seconds :P. what can i do to increase my time in AP? n after the second time i didn't get any similar thing to AP not even that vibration n i am doing everything to keep myself awake but i cant i end up in sleeping what to do ?

Hi Astra Stalker, The best way to get sleep paralysis in my experience is the reverse count method. You can even experience how your body transitions from wake state to sleep state.

I tried doing the "Sphere of Light" method. I couldn't fall asleep, but I left the vibrations in my spine! It made me feel like my whole body was shaking, and at some points I felt upside-down, on a wall or even hovering! I told myself to not be afraid, but I didn't know what to do next! So, I opened my eyes. I realized that I wasn't afraid, I was just amazed. I'm going to try again right away, and hope that I can put more time into falling asleep.
The upside down and on the wall parts got me the most, as I have a fear of height. x.o
I know it's not real, and I had no idea how "scary" it could be. I didn't hear buzzing, though.

Anyone else AP or "dream" of this place recently? Any other astral retrievers out there? Or know what they are? I vaguely remember "dreaming" of being in this area, looking for someone. Then saw news of a missing person's case. Anyone else having these experiences? And of this place, what did / do you pick up? I don't remember, just know I dream of being in a trailer park.

Especially this area:
I saw this image on news, and "remembered", I dreamt of it, but no other info. I have had dreams like this before, a decade ago. Of AP'g somewhere, witnessing something. No control over it, nor focusing on anything, just happens.

My point of view on the whole situation having to do with any kind of projection of the self from the body is anybody with the right 'fuel' can by intuition perform the projection. 
A car cannot run without gasoline. The 'fuel' you need to run is simply vitamins and minerals.

Then you can perform more than just projection.

You should not even have to go through any 'procedure' to project and it may be that everybody is projecting and they just don't know it. They become schizophrenic and wonder where their other half is.

They get married thinking that their spouse is their other half.
Sometimes it works, but there are times when people just can't figure out why their spouses think the way they do ???

I felt complete darkness i saw also blackness .. Then i suddenly open my eyes .. And i saw this old lady coming at me .. I Panicked but then she faded away
She looked like she was only scaring me
I didnt know about astral stuff back then
I dont know what is that till now

Please reply. I have been interested in lucid dreaming for months but never got to realy do it. I remembered to reality check up to like 20 times a day.(usualy only a few though).
