Hi Praveen and thank you for your reply. I know exactly what he wants. He talks through telepathy. He wants to have sex which definitely I don't and I have rejected each time. I believe I am not ready for astral project right now as I think I have to balance my chakras first and raise up my energy level in order to be able to handle anything. I believe astral project is not something that many websites are promoting such as just go to the mall and do shopping and come back home. This is a serious matter and anybody trying it must be ready for it and know exactly what he is doing. I believe it is very wrong if an amateur tends to do this even though if he is capable of doing it. We must know what are the dangers and how to handle any situations. Thank you again.

I'm a practicing witch and I was trying to go to the underworld which is basically a sinking feeling down depper and deeper but instead I feel these mild shocks in my body every few minutes then all of a sudden I felt it all over my body and I was being pulled up away from my physical body into the air.

At first I only came to the ceiling and came back down into my body but I was curious so i tried over and over again until something happened. I have been experimenting since very young paralizis and all sort of stuff. But i often get what i recon as near projection situation. Something a am curious because it is clearly different than a simple lucid dreaming. I'll explain.. First, it's all black, maybe some hardly distinguishble cloud ( dunno if imagination or what). I am actually learning to not move my phisical body and just my spirit, the first time 5 not so long ago) a felt like my wrist were attach in my back, i had to break my hands free. I'm sorry you're having issues. I am too. I actually haven't had success with an exit but I've gotten really close. I find it a lot easier to get to where I'm close when I go into it with the mindset of "if it happens it happens", when I have that mindset I always get close. I try not to force it. It's like anything in life, if you force it, it will escape you. Just relax & just see what happens. I've researched & read a lot about AP & everything I've read says relaxation is key. So far what's gotten me really close is to relax, laying absolutely still until I induce sleep paralysis & then I imagine I'm on a swing, swinging front to back. That's when my heart starts to race.
