Your Experience On Astral Projection
Thank you for your answer Nevo! I'd like to say that the term nirvana in my language from people of my age is used to express a very comfortable feeling in which you are relaxed and focus without the surrounding environment interfere so sorry for this wrong use of the word! But I will search to learn what the term really means! Thank you for that as well! I do try to learn how to proper meditate! I have felt the vibrational state as well as a chillin on my legs and one time a rise on the temperature of my chest! Sometimes I felt an other presence as well! Tho I'm in the same room with my brother I knew he was asleep! But once again! Thank you for your answer! I'll do my best to improve myself
Oh, I've just read some peoples lucid dream experiences and realise I've never experienced that and I can now see the distinction, In my case I probably was astral projecting in environments of my own creation during experinces I considered 'lucid dreams' so please take that into consideration in my last comment I apologise.
Hi Yupifelix, I am so sorry to respond very late. I was on vacation.
The things you mentioned seems like you were on sleep paralysis.
I'm terribly sorry for taking this long to reply, is just I had so much to be taken care of in these past few weeks. I hope by now you haven't had any more troubles with your projections.
I wonder if you being psychic could make a difference, I don't know for sure, maybe.
Really envious of you though! I'm mean, from what I've understood it seems you and your friend have something else going on besides the friendship. I hope I'm not talking rubbish, but that's what it looks like.
And if that's the case, then I'll say it again, I'm so envious of you! I wish I could have a connection like that. I'm mean I probably do, with my best friend but honestly it's too complicated for me to handle and despite having this mysterious and strong connection , I don't feel like he could be my other half.
One thing that has been I'm my mind for sometime...(continued)
Hi Mr. Praveen, thanks for replying.. I did not used any technique because intentionally i did not practiced. As i mentioned earlier during dream i felt conscious, i just felt i can escape. but after exit it was dark (as someone feels or sees when eyes are closed)
Welcome Songfeather,
I nearly projected the other day and it I also felt like someone was pulling my feet and my leg followed, but that was it.
I'm curious so I'll try your meditation one day.
Hello Yupifelix, Welcome to the world of weirdness
Congrats, you have just experienced Sleep paralysis, the one step near to Astral Projection. All you need to do next is just stay calm, so that you can focus and build your energy to astral project.
Go ahead and search the forum to find exit techniques, which will help you to exit your body next time when you experience sleep paralysis.
Let us know if you have any queries.
Well, I don't know about the other users, but I'm afraid I'm might not be able to help as I've never heard of something like this before.
The only explanation I can think of, is that you had a lucid dream that you didn't quite got control of.
Although I don't know what kind of technique you use, I noticed that a lot of people, myself included, would have an intense realistic dream while trying to project. I think this is the consequence of failing in the attempt, since all the times this happened I 'd soon wake up.
Now, I think the reason for this, is that somehow our unconscious mind knows we're going to fail this one attempt for whatever reason, and promptly shifts the focus in another similar activity, once we're already in a hypnagogic state anyways, thus commencing the lucid dream.
Usually when this happens to me the dreams...(continued)
Regarding these light patterns mentioned by him, is indeed pretty common to see orbs, rays of light and whatnot. I see it myself sometimes while meditating.
I really relate to you about the "tremble-ish" phenomenon, when the arms are numb, yet you feel as if they're slightly trembling, I presume this could be a form of vibration on its own way, but a weak one. This quite happens to me.
I only use binaural beats to deepen my relaxation, but some people report significant progress, so it's worth trying. It all depends on which methods you're working with.
Keep with your routine for now, if it doesn't show results after a while, try other technique. Don't worry too much about reaching the vibration stage, the intensity varies from one person to another, many people don't even get vibrations at all.
A slap? I have never experienced nothing like that, so I'm not sure if I can answer that but, what did happened to me when I was close to projecting, was that falling sensation you have sometimes when falling asleep.
I also felt like floating and instinctively knew I was close, but out of nowhere that sensation came, it scared the living hell out of me, just like you I was listening to binaural beats.
Well, in the Hypnagogic state ( the one we are while trying to project ) usually weird things will happen, hallucinations and other visual, auditory, and physical stimuli. The reason as to why sometimes these things happen when close to projecting it's a little unclear. But I guess since the body doesn't us to get separated at the slightest sign of "danger" it will snap you back.
My theory is that,...(continued)
