As you know, most of the time the things you hear/see while paralyzed are hallucinations resulting from anxiousness and fear.

I believe the reason you're trying to achieve a tranquil paralysis is either to project or lucid dream. Anyhow, the first thing to do is to sort out your fears. As to what I've understood from what you've told, you probably have something going on. It might not be fear, it might be insecurity, distress,sadness, any kind of negative feeling will work against you.

There's a small chance that it's not hallucinations but some evil being, either of these situations only leads us to one solution.

Astral projection is always a good idea, you should definetely try, this way you'll be able to see for yourself if it's you roaming around. You should encourage your partner too, since you have a strong connection, you should be able to be at the same frequency easily , which means you can have some fun in the astral together

So I had a very strange experience...I wonder if anyone more experienced can tell me why this happen. I think you may have been experiencing the sensation from attempting projection. I have seen some refer to this as "energetic ecstasy", where energy is flowing through your body and it builds up to the point of helping you leave your body, hence the sensations you were feeling. Those who have experienced it described the sensations as arousing.

And don't worry too much about succubi/incubi, they mainly attack when you're asleep and they're more likely to trick or scare you first before going right in. As long as you're well protected, you should be safe from them.
