Techniques and help to Astral Projection
The same thing happened to me today, and I didn't pay to much attention I began fly without any measure ( was my first obbe awareness, I had before but by accident).
I have been sleeping in 3 different rooms and locations, so I guess as soon as I get out of my body I just remember the place where I have been b4 when I was a kidd and instantly spawn there xD ,. I ask my mother and I gave details of the place, to me was foreign but to her was her mother's house x.x , I'm like whhhaaat? Hahaha when I described her , she was asking me for the picture I saw it, I try to explain what is obbe but she got it as a dream xD and well it fine, but I have no idea how did I spawn in that department. I signed up here because I have been trying to project for a few days but always failed, instead becoming tired and falling asleep quickly.
First of all, I would like to share several important informations: I have had several uncontrolled, short OBE's in my life and sometimes wake up early feeling strange vibrations in my head and whole body and being unable to move. I also had prophetic dreams on at least 2 occasions and also some experiences associated with alien abductions (without actually remembering any aliens and/or UFO's but sometimes dreaming about them).

Hi all.
I’ve dealt with sleep paralysis since I was 14. I used to think it was horrible and scary and then I read up on it and realized it was pretty easy to get out of it so now I know how to turn it off almost immediately. My issue now is that once I got into my early twenties and read about astral projection, I’ve been trying to achieve that. But I can’t! I get to the vibrational stage and tryyyyy to pull on a rope, nothing. I try to sink into my bed and find myself just sinking into my pillows and falling asleep. I can get to the vibrational stage soooo easily. But I can’t seem to separate from my physical body. Albert Taylor who was also a NASA Engineer wrote this book on Astral Projection.
His experiences stem from Sleep Paralysis just like mine. He had this Extreme Relaxation technique that brought on sleep paralysis and then the vibrational Stage , you have to check this book out!

How to control fear during astral ?
I tried binaural beats and I think was successful. I actually posted the story but basically I seen myself for a split second I think and it went black and I woke up very energized. It seems the exact opposite of others experiences.....I would advice to have a strong understanding of protecting yourself or at least hiding your energy when you do this.
I'm having the same issues, except I used to project all of the time. Now I feel stuck and if I do break free, it just doesn't feel natural
I've been trying to AP for almost a year but managed to get only spontaneus partial once.
Along with that, I've been quite successful with meditation, even though I'm not practicing as often as someone may think.
When you're doing meditation for AP, you would need to do it lying down (or chair, where you can completely relax your muscles without slight possibility to fall). You will need to learn how to meditate, because you need to learn how to control your thoughts. There are several techniques how to meditate.
Instructions for mindless meditation:
When you try to meditate you can't fail. If you think the time spent meditating is wasted, you're not trying.
