Anyone else ever dream of people, they later meet?

    Today I laid down for a nap. I awakened into a comfortable state of sleep paralysis which happens to me occasionally. I felt curious to try to leave my body as I have done a few times before. I noticed my right arm was resting on the space between my eyebrows. Somehow I was to move my arm a bit and when I did I began to detach from my body from the space between my eyebrows. As I began to leave my body I could see light and what looked like different small multi-colored geometric shapes resembling confetti falling from the sky. At that very moment  felt emotions I have never experienced before and cannot describe. Amongst the light I here the soft voice of a woman tell me, "Come on, I have some places I want to take you". last night I slept and found myself inside a lucid dream. My dream took place outside my house with people playing and doing their regular life business. but I was scared of my dream because I was afraid that If I got to close to someone, they would come and hurt me because I heard that entities can come into your lucid dreams from somewhere.

I decided then to leave my dream since I was scared and alert of everything so I literally pulled myself up from the bed and tried turning on the lights of my room but my hands went through the on and off switch.

I then realized that I must be dreaming again and somehow I ended up getting up from my bed again but finding out that my hands would just go through the light switch ;(

This happened like 4 times

I finally woke in reality but could not tell what was real or not

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has encountered shark-like beings in the astral realm, that are connected to living people? Parasites, I suppose? At times, when I can get deep enough, {getting to zone where on either falls asleep or astral projects} to explore why I have had some issues sleeping or feel threatened all the time, or why I am having issues with certain people , I have seen a shark like head, with teeth like from the movie Aliens looking at me. The first time it occured, there were 2 of them, I was up all night, or could not sleep naturally....I kept waking myself up, as I hit a zone....Then I saw these, & figure this is why I was waking self up....The most time, I saw only one. I believe it is connected to people next door, or something attached to them?

Anyway, anyone seen these & know how to deal with them?

Addendum: ( i had to omit some info from orig post due to char constraint - so it is BELOW)

• i cured ADD in 2 days with auto-suggestions in 2013 (after 25 years of some struggle) - so my ability and success in using auto-suggestions is very high now.. due to my strong BELIEF. 

• i had a full "spiritual" or kundalini or "Ascension" awakening 2 weeks after curing ADD - so feeling an electrical buzz has been common since then.

• i do physical spinning exercises religiously to develop Chakras and/or Merkabah spin control - looks like it may have worked..

• in the last few months I have had multiple, unique sleep-related experiences of spiritual/psychic nature
  including Telempathic thoughts going through head as I wake (vs. NORMAL thoughts we have like "oh I just had a dream" -

Hi there people.

I'm pretty new to AP, well sort of. I've always had a strong empathic ability and I've had those calling gut feelings about consciousness since I can remember. However it wasn't until recently that I actually started to project.

I feel like I've been thrown into the deep end though. It's not hard for me to connect and when I do its like I see EVERYTHING...Sometimes in that state where everything glows a kind of golden-orangey colour. It feels amazing but it's so so vast, I just feel myself being dragged around rather than being in control of where I want to be. It's hard to explain...When I enter that state it's like my mind is on fire... but in a pleasant way.

Lately, I'm able to control it better. Instead of being flung around in an infinite ocean I try to hold back a little..Keeping a stronger link...(continued)

Deja Vu
I had my first experience of Deja Vu yesterday...it was shocking how pin point accurate the details of the place were in comparison to my dream. Before i begin rambling like an excited idiot, i suppose i should explain the details.

I had these experiences - and it is deja vu, but what i call "waking deja vu". Deja vu means already seen, so like the others mention, you were there already, just not yet physically. About few years ago, I started having these deju vus, BUT i also remembered where i'd seen it before, in my dreams! As they progressed, they became more waking deja vus. I was very aware, I'd dreamt it the night before. I think it started more because i was unconsciously projecting to events or things that were coming up, as if to see whats ahead, like on a map? So I've been attempting to astral project for quite a while, but have yet to succeed. I've reached the vibration stage but woke myself up because of some negativity.
    A friend suggested I use tektite to aid my attempts, so I went out and purchased a piece. Apparently the stone can vastly enhance your projections and allow cosmic travel when placed upon the third eye, so I did so accordingly.
  My cousin was staying over with his girlfriend and I had already turned in for the night. With the tekite on my forehead, I started the usual procedures. I ended up knocking out since I attempted projecting without sleeping first, but was woken up by my cousin around 3 am.

Please Dear users, I make a plea to anyone that may be able to offer any assistance. I'm under severe psychic attack by one or more individuals, they also have attacked me in the dream state. I'm very clairvoyant and claireaudient and hear every word they say to me. I'm being attacked physically and wickedly and recently it's become so dangerous and out of hand I don't know where or who to turn to.
