My brother lives in Sylvan Muldoon's hometown and it brought me to ask the question here: has anyone used his books and his techniques with any success?  His books date from the late 20's to early 30's as i recall, one is at amazon, his most famous: http://www.amazon.com/Projection-Astral-Body-Sylvan-Muldoon/dp/1447402251/ and I remember him being considered one of the old classics.

One of my favourite is walking through walls, I am not able to try Jumping into painting, have to try it once ;)

Hmm well if that's the case then how do you gain more astral energy to continue projecting cause I have this same problem, which leads me to have to turn to other techniques, when it's just my energy depleted? I haven't been able to project for a while now. If it's sleep that regains this, then its not working.

im not relaxed enough ,my mind was too awake,i could still move,the vibrations are not strong enough you helped me a lot i retried i could always move my muscles i was paralysed but not a lot i got the sensation of something getting out of the belly and then from hands but i didnt go in astral
