Techniques and help to Astral Projection
You should familiarize yourself with yourself. Stand naked in front of a mirror for about 15 minutes twice a day. Each time study your face in great detail. Close your eyes & you will see yourself. It's like an imprint. Do it over & over... Then after you meditate or have the vibrations. Open you eyes while laying down & look up. Envision as much detail about yourself as you can. You will actually help yourself project & it won't be as alarming.You will feel the pull & seeing yourself helps.
stay still for like 15 minutes and its very important that you are RELAXED, do something that gives you positive vibes and make sure you get a bit tired from doing like a bit of exercise or a shower, then get in bed and stay still in a position that you are able to be in for like an hour, btw DO NOT SWALLOW YOUR SALIVA, I came across this problem when I first started, its basically a signal from the body saying "hey you still awake bruh?" after that you will make it to the next stage
So far as I heared, you can just astral project and be something like a ghost flying anywhere you want in the real world but your idea will most likely fall into the lucid dreaming area instead. Check that out, it is very possible to do that while being Lucid.

I found that the calmer you are while in sleep Paralysis the less you realize your paralyzed. Sometimes when it catches you off guard it scares you so much you try to move and cant. Kinda like moving through quick sand, the faster you try to move the harder it is the key is being relaxed. So maybe you were calm enough and didnt realize you were in sleep paralysis. Ive found that everytime i woke up to vibrations and the high pitched noise it was because i was calm enough to let them happen during the sleep Paralysis. Sometimes they happen by themselves and are very strong, but last night i had my first obe. I woke up laying on my stomach, realized i was asleep but consious, no vibrations at the time. I was calm and not afraid so it was a perfect chance for me to practice focusing on vibrations. I went in and out...(continued)

My name is Eli, i am a new member of the forum, after reading some techniques on how to astral project while sleep paralysis, i decided to take in the recommendations into account, and i figured i sign up and become a member of the forum, because i feel like i can connect with so much more people who are like minded. But anyway, let's talk about how you can easily get into sleep paralysis, and this is kind of weird to be giving a tutorial when im still asking for help, but here it goes.
How to get into sleep paralysis
1) Go to sleep without the intention of falling into sleep paralysis, so i think 5-6 hours of sleep is fine, wake up and walk around do something to stimulate your consciousness, stay awake for about 30min - hour.
2) Go back to sleep, and you should enter sleep paralysis.
