Constant wild technique failure.

Liberator I'm Here for Inner Awakening

Ahoy!

I've been practicing meditation for a while and i'm progressing into my Lucid Dreaming abilities. So far I've experienced few lucid dreams by MILD techniques and I'm improving quality of my consciousness when I'm in there.

However, I'm having big troubles with preforming any kind of WILD technique. I lie down, relax completely and try to use one of Yogist technique (which worked best so far) - i'm concentrating on redish-orange flame in my throat, which burns inside white pink-doted lotus flower.

Dream Lotus Background The third visualization technique comes from Tarthang Tulku, a Tibetan teacher living and working in the United States. He first introduced me to Tibetan dream yoga in 1970, as recounted in Chapter 3. This method is similar to the preceding two techniques in that it employs a throat...(continued)

The universal situations

Tyler Durden I'm Here for Inner Awakening

There are many opportunities within a lucid dream. A person can basically do anything with the only limitation of the imagination. Yet this is not entirely true, because besides the imagination is our humanity also restrict the possibilities. Indeed, there is a large number of universal "laws" which are generally with a normal brain apply to everyone. It is useful to know what these aspects are, because this is not only good preparation, but some may also serve to to induce a lucid dream.

Wrinkly hands
Experienced lucid dreamers often recommend to look at your hands In a lucid dream, the hands namely abnormal and are completely under the wrinkles. meetng other people in a lucid dream

Fear it, that is a good one!! It works, I know. Only my problem is, that in lucid dreams (or normal dreams) mostly my fears become real. So I every time watch my darkest thoughts/fears entering the dream scenario (like looking into a mirror and seeing what I don't want to see, ok, it is a very nice opportunity to have a mirror like that).
But the most nice experience was a few days ago, I was watching my fear again and someone told me I should love the fear away. I still have to try if that works.

Thanks anyway!!

Sandra
