I am here to help you lucid dream based on my experience of it. I never read any topics and i probably never going to about lucid dreaming and how to do it so, if my way sounds strange then you will know why and it's because i self taught myself how to lucid dream. It's not easy ( at first) it takes time like astral projection but, bot as much time and it's pretty much easier. Based on reading a lot about astral projection, lucid dreaming isn't as good because you can't see details and the sex isn't as good but, i am not here to tell if it's good or bad i am here to show you my technique. First thing is first: you will not get it on the first try it won't be that easy and like astral projection the ideal time is in a sleep paralysis or if you wake up slightly in the middle of the night without the paralysis of course. When you are in...(continued)
Ok, so there was this one time when i suddenly woke up in the middle of my sleep (happens often you may know it as sleep paralysis) and after a few minutes i slept again but, time i focused on my identity and i started dreaming but, this time it was different, i knew who i am i remembered and i didn't feel drunk anymore it was clear ( that feeling you have when you're dreaming like you just drank a few bottles of vodka) i could interpret things i knew what my dream was about i knew the people who were in it and it seemed very strange but, if i focused hard enough i could make people join in my dream. In this case i made my hot math teacher nancy come to me asking for sex ( it was a dream that i could control might as well have a little fun plus i was 15 back then) but, it wasn't easy when i lost my focus she would leave and i couldn't...(continued)
I really liked what you said, "apologize"
Would like to hear more on your experiences.
Hey Carly, It sounds like you are close to your mom. And no, it is not rare to act like your mother, especially being a mother yourself. My question is, why did you feel your body tensing? Relax. Have you had dreams before that had your mother in it?
Yes, when I have had a lucid dream, I would feel my surroundings and I guess I could say 'tensing,' but no. What you are describing is a 'tensing' as in pulling, maybe, since you mother says she had the same experience.
This is really important to keep track of our dream and have more lucid dreaming, even I use Google keep app in my android phone as my dream journal, but I will be deleting those after some days, I am yet to find a cool app where I can keep those notes forever.
This may seem weird, but it is very much possible. You can dream as someone else or some other species too.
There was a chineese philosopher called Zhuangzi, who was butter in his dream.
Translation of his writings:
Once upon a time, I, Chuang Chou, dreamt I was a butterfly, fluttering hither and thither, to all intents and purposes a butterfly. I was conscious only of my happiness as a butterfly, unaware that I was Chou. Soon I awoke, and there I was, veritably myself again. Now I do not know whether I was then a man dreaming I was a butterfly, or whether I am now a butterfly, dreaming I am a man. Between a man and a butterfly there is necessarily a distinction. The transition is called the transformation of material things.

I was searching for lucid dreaming movies, then I thought why not post about celebrities who lucid dream.

Celebrities who Lucid Dream
James Cameron
The director of Avatar (as well as countless other hit movies including The Terminator, True Lies and Titanic) has cited lucid dreams as being the inspiration for one of his famous movie scenes. Musing on Avatar, he said: "...I've kind of realized that what I was trying to do was create dream imagery, create a lucid dream state while you're watching the film," Cameron told Hollywood Today. "I think that most people dream of flying at some point and when we're kids we dream of flying and I certainly did, and still have a lot of flying dreams and I thought that if...(continued)

Today, i've been up for almost 24 hours!...asking whats going on? am i keeping self awake because i don't feel safe enough to sleep? As I notice my face doesn't look like me....and my body language is odd...biting nails {don't do that}...moving fingers around, like a lady i once knew...Then something popped up nearby my right foot...a red coil of wire. A few days ago, asking the same thing, I had a bandaid appear at my right hip area, where i've been sore...I've been feeling back root pulls all night, & lower leg vibrations...
Another thing i am noticing with these sleep issues {and astral issues} is trying to quit smoking....The last day & half, i tried to go without, & once i got thru recent symptoms, I slept for almost 24 hours. I'd get up, eat,& back to bed, too bagged to go anywhere. But...(continued)
Since the advent of the movie Inception is the phenomenon of lucid dreaming is again very popular. Lucid dreaming means literally "lucid dreaming" and is a phenomenon which allow you to pursue your dream world control while you yourself are aware that you are dreaming.
