First off I would like to say that I was drunk when I went to sleep last night, and I always seem to have the craziest dreams when I'm drunk. Does that happen to anyone else?

So I start dreaming, and I know that I'm lucid. I had two people that I thought I worked with in my dream with me. And I told them both that we were dreaming. I stayed lucid for a long time, just flying around and doing fun stuff. But I kept telling my coworkers things to make them remember the dream, because I wanted to see if two people could meet up.

Now here is where it gets kinda strange. I dreamt that it was then the next day, but I was no longer lucid. I met up with my coworker again, and the first thing she said was, "I remember it all." So it was super cool, and we were just talking about our lucid dream experience.

Then I woke up for real, and...(continued)

ENTRY 1

This dream was different because I felt a sense of awareness through it all. I have been feeling this sense of awareness almost every night sense I started this journey of dreams. I remember being in a house. I became fully aware when I walked to the back porch's sliding glass door and looked outside to see a chair by
a pool morphing into different shapes repeatedly. This dream left me with a feeling of uncertainty because the houses walls were not familiar, they seemed to have no shape or color, or I just don't remember the shape and color. After awakening I walked around the house for a good 10-15 minutes and then I went back to sleep to find myself at school. I only remember the last part of this dream. I saw a black friend of mine from back at Fleming Island High. He was riding what looked like a tricycle up...(continued)

5 Lucid dreams , 1 night

This happened to me last night I woke up 3 times in the middle of the night only to fall back asleep and lucid dream in a whole new scenario over and over. It is an amazing feeling when you wake up in the morning and you are stunned by the events that have just unfolded in your mind.  I wanted to go back to sleep again but I realized it was 1pm and I wasn't going to be able to fall asleep. Nice experience!!!

Hi Echo :)
Alcohol is an agent, where it ruins your dream and astral journey :)
As of my experience, I never get dream when I'm drunk.

Few times I had a similar experience, Sometime even when I don't try to lucid dream or astral projection, few of my dream characters, just tell me that I'm dreaming, Strange. Then moment they tell me, I start few reality checks to check whether I am dreaming or still I'm in reality. Once I find I'm in dream, I will try to stay calm as much as possible and start exploring things.

The key here is, whatever it is, it is must to stay calm. If you are calm then you can start exploring things easily, If you panic, then you will ruin everything.

Maintaining lucidity is pretty difficult, at first lucid dream you will be lucid for few seconds, then second lucid dream, a few seconds more. Likewise, when you get...(continued)

OMG. Dude i have no experience with this but i have say look at the way you live, what you surround your self with, and what you do during the day. These might be affecting your dreams. The thing about nightmares are sometimes if you have a conflict with someone at times it's your self don't fight. Use your thoughts, think of positive thoughts. I had similar experience but i had no physical injuries. I had this dream where i was fight monsters in black armor but then all of sudden they started to change into girls. Another one was that i was trapped in a building with zombies and there was one particular zombie who was smart but what i did was i killed the zombie (the zombie was pleading for to spare his life). When i woke it felt as i killed myself i felt very bad. Also try mediating to work your thoughts.

I used to be like you. But i have to say start with meditation ( it will be very frustrating. Even if you think nothing is happening something is actually happening when your meditating). Remembering your dreams also is a problem of what your thinking as soon as you wake up. For me when i awake up and im thinking about what to do the next hour or for the whole day i forget the dream. Also make sure nothing wakes you up suddenly or you will have a difficult time remembering. For me as the day goes by, the dreams i don't remember come up like an idea. We dream every night it just that you have to develop your consciousness to be able wake up in your dreams that is why meditation is very important. And if you wake up and you have time meditate. It is one of the easiest ways to remember your dreams and times you might even continue your...(continued)
