Today, i've been up for almost 24 hours!...asking whats going on? am i keeping self awake because i don't feel safe enough to sleep? As I notice my face doesn't look like me....and my body language is odd...biting nails {don't do that}...moving fingers around, like a lady i once knew...Then something popped up nearby my right foot...a red coil of wire. A few days ago, asking the same thing, I had a bandaid appear at my right hip area, where i've been sore...I've been feeling back root pulls all night, & lower leg vibrations...

Another thing i am noticing with these sleep issues {and astral issues} is trying to quit smoking....The last day & half, i tried to go without, & once i got thru recent symptoms, I slept for almost 24 hours. I'd get up, eat,& back to bed, too bagged to go anywhere. But...(continued)

Fear it, that is a good one!! It works, I know. Only my problem is, that in lucid dreams (or normal dreams) mostly my fears become real. So I every time watch my darkest thoughts/fears entering the dream scenario (like looking into a mirror and seeing what I don't want to see, ok, it is a very nice opportunity to have a mirror like that).
But the most nice experience was a few days ago, I was watching my fear again and someone told me I should love the fear away. I still have to try if that works.

That your life is a continuous Lucid Dream? And when you dream, it is a flashback? Or maybe it is other realms, other people, other places?

@darklon... that makes sense to me now that I think of it...so that means you can go from Lucid state to Astral travel... just going on experience here , I have done it many times.

I want that. Why it's so hard for me to have lucid dreams?  :(

Hi so ive been researching into mediation, astral projection and lucid dreaming. Ive been practising both lucid dreaming and astral projection for a few weeks using binaural beats. Today was the first time i experienced my first OBE and it was cool but weird. I was hoping some would could shine some light on my experience.

So i had just finished workand i was pretty tired so i went home and thought this would be a good opportunity to attempt a OBE. So i listened to some Binaural beats and tried to go to sleep but it didnt work, so i just went to sleep. I woke up during the sleep i felt a pressure on my forehead that seemed to spread around my body and back on to my forehead.
