Thank you for telling me this my friend :) to be honest i have had some other very strange things happening, here is what i recorded in my little diary i have beside me.
8th November thursday.
On that day something strange had happened to me, I was in the process of entering or maybe astral projecting, and when it did, something began to attatch to me, like some sort of fizzy energy, like the gas bubbles you get in a fizzy drink, but it was not that exactly, i could feel it all over me though, attaching to me, and then it began to disintegrate me, because i was holding my astral hands before me, as i have had the astral feeling so many times before, i know when it is not a dream, it felt too real, and after being eaten away by this energy, i reformed myself, but then it attached to me again, even...(continued)

You can roll out, but sometimes when you try to roll out, you may end up rolling your physical body and ending your vibration :)

Seems interesting, Sometimes those pulling effects will happen while sleep paralyzed. So no worries about it.
If you really feel scary, Just try to surround yourself with a pure white positive energy. So those things wont give a

:)Sebastian, the lady was giving you a hug to reassure you that you were safe and that she was protecting you,despite the blurs and smoke screens you were seeing. And yes you felt her hug so strongly because she gave you some inner strength you neeeded. I do have another suggestion for you that may help. To me it sounds like you work is thru light..like the time your finger was the ink of light ..not an actual pen-ink. I suggest you try using the candle technique i use to relax myself .
You need to light a candle and get your self very comfortable and you need to gaze right into the heart of the flame..visualise your third eye in the centre, in the heart of the candle flame and keep your gaze fixated on the centre of the flame. Welcome to the forum, There is no need to get scared. As of my experience the colors that you saw maybe just a visuals of your own mind and feeling of getting pulled is very common, I think this is the first time you are experiencing this, so you got scared, even my first Astral Projection was really very scary, when I started practicing, I got to know that there is nothing to get scared in Astral Plane :)

When you get the same feeling next time, just go with it. You will have an awesome journey in Astral Plane :)

I was sleeping, I suddenly felt a dream like, someone hugging me with love, until that I was simply talking to them, suddenly one girl felt something very good in me and she hugged me with care(like hugging a child  ::) ). I was really happy. She hugged me even tighter. I started getting vibrations and some feeling that I had mentioned in the above post.

We get vibration even when we are on weed travels ??
I found both the experience very similar, can someone explain this ?

I feel this is just a Lucid Dream, When you can feel the vibration, you would have returned to the body and did Astral Projection, But you stayed in your Lucid Dream itself. you missed it :)

When I was reading your dream, It was like I'm watching some movie ;)
Nice experience :)
Next time if you feel your bed or your body lying on your bed, just come back to your body and then leave for the Astral Journey :)

Well yeah! , maybe those random things , but it still happens like what happened to me , Also in astral you are just a soul and you cant touch anything , so i just think its a lucid :)
