To further help yourself with "seeing", remember that you have 4 (and possibly more) other senses with which to experience a reality with.
With that said, to help gain clearer sight try using those four other senses first!

Taste - try to taste something. 
Touch - pickup a rock or feel the dirt or whatever is around you.
Smell - try to smell whatever you can.
Hearing - listen for whatever you can.

By doing all of these things with as much focus on them as you possibly can muster, it will bring your entire awareness more into the reality you're experiencing.  The end result being that your sight might kick on as well.  :)

I will keep this in mind as well! may help me once I get into the astral planes for the first time

I've had a few experiences recently wherein I'm in a dream, that's kind of lucid, and I'll take some sort of "drug" that induces a projection (or what I think could be one or maybe it's just a dream of one). For example, in one I found "the right" mushroom and sucked in the gas is produced, or in one I was smoking some weed in my bed, and that triggers the following: the dream fades and I enter a black void and feel vibrational/exit symptoms of shaking, spinning, turning, flying, and then I pop out of my body.
These are always so far kind of unintentional. But if you're lucid, hey, you could try it. See if something like that works.

1. Etheric is a buffer zone in between our physical plane and astral plane. It is bit low energy area.
       Here you can see physical people around you easily.

2. They don't actually get to know that you are in front of them & talking to them. They will feel it somewhat like telepathy :)

3. I think it depends on how much you practice, Its difficult to tell that. I have recently had more than 20 projections in 1 hour :)

5. This depends on what you do, If you practice to fly in astral plane every time you project, you can't fly in real life right ?
       But in the sense of perception, you will get changed a lot. Like if you were doing some work in 10mins, you can improve those skills in astral plane and you do the same work in 5 mins :)

You got me wrong, you can go far away even from your first projection, the hard part is you cant concentrate to so much because you get excited, also we might fear or alot of things happens, so only skilled people can stay long in AP, there is no barrier, you can go wherever you want if you concentrate too much, just dont lose your focus :)

I really apologies first for the very late reply :)

As I read your experience, it felt like you were in sleep paralysis and you left your body. But when you saw yourself sleeping, you simply pulled back and you went into a lucid dreaming. I hope :)

Like you said, that you noticed few unusual things that no one is noticing except you. This happens when you are more into spirituality.
Firstly you will start noticing these things, then it grows to intuitions and so on.. Do not worry about that, just accept it and grow yourself more spiritual :)

If that person wants a fight then give him a fight next time u astral project call for angels or do the bussness with ur own hands u have to not get scared .. If u get scared he feeds on ur energy ..

Firstly I apologize for the very late reply, I was totally got mad with my office work ;D
As you said, nobody is exaggerating anything here. Coz Astral plane is the place where filled with pure joy and completely open to anything. Restriction is only in the physical plane, you can do anything in astral plane, There are no restriction. The only thing you should do is to believe in it. Believe you can and you can do anything there. If you have a little doubt, you can't do anything there :)
So believing is the key in Astral Plane :)

You can try the the techniques mentioned in the sticky posts, you can astral project in a single day :)

Believe that you can open the door, you can do it :)
