Although it is a new concept in our society, is an activity that is increasingly being introduced in schools internationally (USA, UK, Germany, Switzerland, etc..). The scientific community, educators and psychologists agree that the practice helps the development of emotional and social intelligence.
The daily meditation practice increases the power of the presence, concentration, attention, learning, eventually renews and increases the body's defenses, eliminates stress, anxiety, tension, balancing and strengthening emotional state esteem.
The aim is to develop a clear consciousness, loving, peaceful, harmonious that can bring every moment of life, summarizing in a nutshell a full awareness.

If you get scared while Astral Projection , Just stay calm & try to manipulate whether its just your imagination or its the real one, If its your imagination then when you stay calm you can't hear those, If its real then just try to avoid or try to acquire some positive energy so that you will get into higher Astral Planes. No demons, no negative things in higher Astral Planes

I would like to know some information regarding crystals and gemstones and their metaphysical properties.
Is it more effective to carry around one stone with you all the time or to carry a variety of stones in a sack or something?
How long should you leave them out in the Sun for to charge/energize them?
And if I posted some pictures of the ones I have could you guys identify them for me?
Oh, and what is the most effective way to merge or absorb the energies that they give off?
The most important thing in my opinion is letting go and developing your own experience. I believe meditation can be self-defined. Try not to worry yourself over bothersome thoughts either when meditating, just acknowledge it and continue becoming one with consciousness.
