My suggestion is that, do not return to the body when you are lucid dreaming to astral project. just use some techniques like, turn around technique where you find yourself in a new place or just think where you want to go. You can go to that instantly :)

I want to post more experiences on lucid dreaming but I haven't had a lucid dream since that last one I posted.

I'm having trouble becoming aware in my dreams. My dreams are pretty vivid none-the-less though, just not lucid.

This has the effect of increasing the likelihood of entering a strong REM cycle of sleep during or immediately after your attempt, making lucid dreaming/astral projection much more likely.
I use a similar affirmation such as "my next dream will be a lucid dream",  and I try to use as much expectation as possible.  By expectation I mean that I really try to put myself in a state of mind where I am expecting and...(continued)

thanks admin, yeah let me know what you think. Isochronic tones are supposed to be more effective than binaurals but it's good to have another's opinion on it.
