Reverse-learning hypothesis - Why do we dream ?

In the eighties, there was yet another theory introduced. Francis Crick, had the Reverse-learning hypothesis developed. This theory assumes that memories are stacked, because there is not enough room in the skull to each other. The memories are then partially the same neurons in use. If the overlap is too large, there is an overload, and that leads to fantasies, obsessions, and sometimes hallucinations. That does not happen when someone is awake, but if someone dreams, for then all the muscles are paralyzed. During REM sleep by the PBL impulses unnecessary, and overburdened memories discarded, and then processed in a dream.

Absolute lucidity in Lucid Dreaming

This is the same as the previous stage, but the difference is that the person through exercise all 'high lucid' dream state is instantaneous. This can usually only after a lot of practice and it is not possible to indicate whether this is feasible for everyone. In any case, the ultimate form of control over the dream world.

High lucidity is a stage where a person has such a high level of consciousness that he can do what he wants. really literally It is almost the ultimate form of the phenomenon. Colors seem nicer, the person feels very good and has all of the whole dream world under control. Anything you can think of, is possible in principle. This is the form that one can go out on research and everything can get what is inside from the dream world.

Average lucidity - Lucid Dreaming

This is a stage where the person is in a dream suddenly realizes that he is dreaming. The awareness level is already so high that the person knows he is dreaming. Usually, you have been so clear that you do not lose consciousness and you do not let it quickly drag your dream. Yet you do not have control over the dream world at this stage. Usually this is because you do not know what you're capable of and it is actually the result of ignorance and uncertainty. It usually requires experience and practice to finally break loose your limitations and the next phase.

Low lucidity - Lucid Dreaming

This is a form of lucidity in which the level of awareness is still relatively low. The person himself is well aware of the fact that he is dreaming, but the dream has little or no control. Usually the person lets himself after a very short time again carried away by the dream, and so loses consciousness.

This is a phase that is usually experienced in a time when someone is very involved in lucid dreaming, but it has never had. Simply put, it is a dream in which the person thinks of the fact that he is dreaming, conscious but not in reality. The person doing everything he could do in a lucid dream, however, but the most important aspect of lucid dreaming is missing namely consciousness. It is true that when someone has not be long before he gets his first real lucid dream.
