Need Advice: What Went Wrong???

I feel like I made progress in today's attemp at AP, although I made some progress I still didn't achieve complete success. I'm wondering what went wrong and how I can possibly correct the mistake(s). I managed to hit full paralysis fairly quickly. Soon after, I started feeling a front to back rocking motion. Then my heart started its usual racing. That's always kinda my cue to get ready for the next phase. I remained calm & breathed through it, while using my will to pop me out. I got the oddest feeling as if I was trying to pull myself out of glue. And nothing. My heart slowed down a bit and I just relaxed back into things & concentrated on my breathing. I turned my focus to my third eye region & my heart started racing again only this time it was a bit more intense. It was like a second wave of oppurtunity to exit was sweeping over me again. This time I used my will a little stronger to try to roll out. Nothing again. I figured I'd just relax again & see what happens. i focused my attention on my third eye again, and yet again another wave swept up. My heart was racing again, & gathering up as much will power as I could without forcing it too much, I focused on being outside of my body. My legs began to feel as though they were nothing but air, & it felt like a magnetic force was pulling on them. Like I was going to be pulled right out of the recliner. I got this gut feeling like this pull was important so I didn't resist & just allowed the pull to happen but still trying to will myself out. The pull started to move up to my chest, my upper body had this strange feeling I can't even describe. At this point I had used so much energy it felt like my being was tired (if that makes sense). So I had to stop right there to just rest my soul. The whole experience was pretty exhilarating. Like I had just gotten off of a roller coaster, my face was even flushed for awhile afterwards. I just wish it could have continued on until I made an exit but unfortunately I didn't. It was like my rocket boosters were firing full force but no lift off. I'm not sure what went wrong but if anyone has any advice, opinions, ideas please feel free to share ; ) Thank you everyone.
