I can't visualize or feel vibrations

I've been trying to astral project for a few months now and I still have not felt vibrations or anything. I've tried all the visualization techniques and none of them have worked. I can get into a trance state where my body is completely asleep and my mind is awake but I can't separate and I have a hard time visualizing anything. Please help
