I'm new over here so forgive me for asking some stupid questions,
One day i was listening to some music when He ( Tupac ) makes a reference about The Astral Plane,
So i'm gettin curious and did some research about the word/subject, after that i got fascinated and stranded over here..
But see ive got some questions:
Can somebody break down for me HOW exactly im reaching the Vibrational State?
Cause this is the way i see it :
Please correct me if i'm wrong; So while your '' Meditate '' or while you ''Focused'' on a object you close your eyes by yourself?
Or does it happens automatically? After that you try to paint the picture with your mind, Right? And after that.. Are you still conscious? Are you asleep? Or is only your body sleeping?
See i don't fully understand the step from visualising a object to Reaching the vibrational state..
The first time i tried to project i jus laid in my bed around 2 or 3 and focused on my breathing....only think about breathing in and out when your mind startes to think about something else go back to you breathing and after doin this for about 30 minutes and not moving. I then got to the vibrations...it feels like a strong electric shock or like your whole body feels like it it vibrating kind of like a massager....and yes you stay consicous, after you get to the vibrations you can then try an exit method....you will find more about exits at this site. One method is when your laying there ang feel the vibrations do not move your physical body and imagine a rope hanging above you and only imagine climbing the rope and it will help you get out..... another is imagining rolling out that is the way i got out the first time...... i have never been out for more then a few second b/c i would always panic or be too excited but there is nothing to be scared of. But i found out it was easier to wake up about 4 or 5 in the morning stay up for about 20 minutes or so then lay back down to meditate....i tryed this yesterday it was able to get to the vibrations much quicker maybe 5 or 10 minutes. hope this answered some of you questions....and mybe you can meet up w/ 2pac in the astral planes lol good luck ;D

Can u visit '' souls '' that dont know you? Like ur saying meeting up with Pac and Shh?
Cause that would be awesome..
Maybe this sound real stupid but i have to ask it: When u meeting Souls In an astral projection does that mean it all plays on in my imagination? Or do you really leave this '' dimension '' and meeting THEIR souls in another dimension?

The vibrational stage is where your physical body will be sleeping and your mind will be in a conscious state. Often called as Sleep Paralysis State(Really scary for the new people but its a tool one who practices) Its Mind Awake and Body Asleep state.
Answer for your first question:
You should concentrate on one particular thing or nothing.
means you can concentrate on anything that you feel easy to project. Like Charles said you can concentrate on your breathing or if you can, you can keep your mind thoughtless(pretty tuff).
Answer for your second question:
You can visit anyone in the Astral Plane.
but need some practice. You can even meet the dead ones soul too.
Answer for your third question:
There is nothing like playing with your imagination. If you are completely in Astral Plane and not dreaming then its not Imagination at all.
Imagination works only in Lucid Dreams.
But. If you want something in Astral Plane then you are creating something new and not imagination. You will understand these things when you start practicing and when you start experiencing these things.

Just try to search and read the forum for a while, you will get some techniques. Read the experiences board to know how astral projection will feel like :)
Hey again..I have only left my body a few times and like i said it was only for about 20 seconds b/c i would always get over excited....but frm what i understand you leave this deminsion and go to the 4th or 5th i can remember but i have read books on it where they talk about meeting your spirt guide/guardian angel and can meet up with people who recently died. The next time i make it out i am goin to try my hardest to not get to exciteed so i can stay out longer and i really want to just be able to fly around the world, i did astral project when iwas younger i did exactly that but i didnt know i was astral projecting untill i started learning about it a few months ago.......If you can remember any FLYING dreams then most likley you were projecting and didnt kno but hope i helped you w/ your questions. And i heard all you have to do is think of a person or place when you are projecting and you will instantly go to that person or place so maybe you can think about 2 pac and find him lol good luck ;D

I was trying it last night and this is what happend:
I started with the thing you said, Focus on my Breath for about 10 till 15 minutes but i couldnt focus completely at my breathing
So i tried to think about a object, wich were my cigarettes..
After a few minutes ive got a feeling/sound in my stomach like when u are hungy as hell,
And right after that ive got a thinkle feeling like your said from my toes to my head..
My breathing pattern changed immediately plus my heart rate was very high,
Thats when i start to think, IS THIS REALLY HAPPENING RIGHT NOW? And got freaked out a bit..
After that i was trying to get out of my body by trying to imagine a rope to climb on but my focus just slipped and thats where i lost the feeling..
Am i doing it right?
yes like i said ive only secessfully made it out a few times for a few minutes but with more practic the vibrations will come easier and more chances to try to project maybe next time try the roll out some techniques dont work for everyone
Yes, As Charles said, The techniques posted all over the web doesn't works. Techniques are not universal here :)
We need to find our own comfort technique. Which helps Projection :)
