Help?

Posted almost 8 years ago , by Sway

So when I attempt to project, I reach a stage where I feel like I'm spinning or swaying on a boat. What do I do after that?

You could try imagining there is a thick rope dangling above you, make sure to visualize how it feels in your hands, what it's made out of, everything to the nitty gritty and start climbing this rope. I like to repeat in my head what arm I am grabbing with like "right arm, left arm, right arm, left ect." and just keeping this motion in my mind and try physically feeling how it would be to climb this rope and just try to pull your astral body out of physical, remember you cant force spirit out, it needs to flow out. This method is also done with a ladder so whatever feels right to you but for me, I cant change my mind in the process or else the trance will be broken, you have to stick to it. Another method is to imagine gravity pulling you down so you sink into your bed and once you feel yourself sink in, try and spin your body so your head is where your feet should be, if your see yourself looking at your feet or you feel that you just spun around, you know you are in astral and can get up. I have been trying a few methods with the same results as where you are in right now so I would recommend searching up "Exit methods Astral Projection" on google or something and you can try out all the different techniques you find. Hopefully you project soon my friend, Good luck!

Why is it that someone is on a site called Forumforastral.com calling astral projection mumbo jumbo? The guys who believe it asks for help because they're trying to learn it. Same thing for me.

Oh how silly you are Summerlander, your views on life are so closed-minded. I hope you get a astral projection experience to open your mind, good luck!

Just imagine that the concepts of good and evil dont exist. God is the point where Darkness and Light touch eachother. God is INFINITE and by this he is EVERYTHING, he is creator and destroyer, chaos and light he is made, heritage of the darkest dark and the brigher light of universes. The combinations of equal dark and light creates god, the great conscience wich envolved in something divine e it will never stops expanding. So are our minds.

Hi Summerlander, I am the Admin here.

I see you funnily active here from few weeks after almost 4 years after your registration. I see that you are more frustrated calling astral projection a mambo jumbo, just because you are not able to achieve it or for some other reason. Have you read any research papers/experiences or at least had one for yourself?

Well, let's say you have had astral projection and you just feel that it is all in your mind and you feel like it's a dream, does that mean everyone having the same dream like experience like you? NO!

You can start reading my experiences in the forum, for example, I am not bullshitting here, I have noted down my exact experiences here, and I don't feel astral projection is like a dream that you are talking about.

It isn't dreaming and of course, you don't have to enlighten people with the things you don't have experience or you don't know about. You are free to go away from the forum. Nobody is holding you back here. Do not infiltrate your useless thoughts in the forum.

Thanks!

Well my dear OBE4u's boss summerlander, You are the real boss and I respect you. But, you can boss yourself in your own forum, not in another public forum.

I have been following you since 2013 and I have read all your posts, you are just trying to get some huge attention, nothing more than that. Also, trying to advertise your OBE4u schools by saying everyone else is wrong and just OBE4u/Micheal Raduga is right, lol!

Why don't you enlighten everyone in YOUR forum who is literally seeking YOUR advice than just promoting you and your so called "the phase" theory here?

I never implied that anybody bullshits here, by the way. I did say that people delude themselves as to what their experiences actually are---as I did once, when I was younger.

Well you are still deluded, you need to open your mind to understand things. You need to research more on it. More than research, you need to be able to see the difference, I guess all your expeience which you have had till now were just dreams or you didn't observe well enough to understand the difference.

I do not believe in astral projection. I think all we do, when we reach these states, is enter a dream world with waking consciousness. That's all. It's a peculiar state of mind begotten by a hybrid phase state of the brain. I think you are yet to cross the bridge of reason.

I don't believe in "the phase" either, many claims mentioned in the book is not well researched.
Example: OBE's occur in REM state just like Lucid dreaming. Answer: While it's been proven that lucid dreams occur in REM sleep, OBEs often don't. Here are few different examples:

  • In Charles Tart's lab experiments on OBEs, the EEG showed the subject in Theta waves, not Delta.
  • Monroe Institute Focus Level "OBEs" (such as Robert Monroe, Bruce Moen, Rosalind McKnight, Tom Campbell).
  • OBEs in which the body remains animated (such as Ingo Swann, Stuart "Blue" Harary, and Eileen Garrett).
  • Scientific studies on brain blood flow during OBEs (such as Yasuhiro Inui and Hideyuki Kokubo, 2009).
  • Countless Near Death Experiences (NDEs) featuring an OBE which occur outside of REM sleep, and sometimes with the brain's neocortex completely shut down (such as Eben Alexander's NDE).

One thing you have not denied about my statement--I've noticed--and can't: the dreaming mind can create any scenario and illusion, and, if the dreamer isn't careful, he/she runs the risk of gullibility.

Ya the "Dreamer", not the one who is doing AP. The one who is in astral projection, doesen't run gullible, the are clear in what they are doing. Just because you don't understand, it doesn't mean everyone else is not astral projecting.

For rest of your questions past questions and the future questions, you can read the above again, I have answered it already, if you don't understand, you can read again. If you still don't understand, well, you have to read again.

Sorry PeacePoiProsper, Allison Onisal, Sway. I just got carried away by Summerlanders useless arguments.
