Since yesterday I've been insanely scouring the Internet looking for answers on a particular experience I had during yesterday's AP attempt. I've had no success on finding a clear answer, I wasn't sure about asking here, but I'm pretty desperate for information. Or even to know that someone else has experienced this. I was attempting AP, experienced all of my usual cues of AP coming. Sleep paralysis, falling feeling, rapid heart beat, etc. But this time as I shifted my eyes up to focus on my third eye my eyelids began fluttering uncontrollably. I wasn't exactly freaked out but this but definitely taken aback. I tried to keep my eyes closed worried I'd be thrown off track by this crazy eyelid fluttering, but I just couldn't seem to keep them controlled. I don't know what was happening. I'm kinda concerned. Has anyone else experienced this? Or does anyone know what this was? I know surely there is someone here who wouldn't mind lending their knowledge/expertise to a newbie. I'd be very grateful if someone could help out. Thank you ; )
Hi Casey, Firstly, No need to worry about it. I haven't had the fluttering eyes experience, but I think if you experience the same thing again, I suggest you to stay calm and try to tell yourself that the fluttering will stop now.

Thank you so much for the advice Praveen, I really appreciate it. I came across something last night after I posted this, & what I was reading said that fluttering eyelids could just be a sign of deep trance meditation. Either way it was pretty weird, & kinda distracting so if it happens again I'll just do like you said & tell myself it will stop. I was also wondering if you had any experience, or know someone who has experienced astral projection through third eye focus. It seems as though every time I try to AP & turn my focus to my third eye I get really really close to AP. I think there's something to it. What do you think?
