Ya, Because when I started practicing the Astral Projection. I came across something called Rope Technique. But When I tried using it, The rope was bundled to the ceiling and I couldn't reach it too(Bad Imagination :P ). So I don't try that technique :)

Eye patch is really useful, coz when you are sleep paralyzed. If your eyes are slightly opened, You see some objects in your room which may make you get scared. So Its good to wear eye patch.

Hahaha, we have all that kinds of sleep style, I use eyepatch or handkerchief and wrapped it around my eyes so i cant affected by the negative energies

For the newbies, the binaural beats tricks the mind reducing the frequency to relax it sooner. Once you do it every night, your mind gets to know that you are tricking it, So it stops listening to it :)
