Thanks all.

Had 2 sp episodes in a row last night. Didn,t panic, then woosh sound started in my ears. After that I woke up. Second time same sound then nothing but darkness so I paniced and moved to wake up. Will keep trying.

You are almost close :)
Just little stay calm and you will get into a beautiful journey :)
If you find only darkness, just try to tell yourself that you are going to see the room, It will help..

I don't think any responsibilities are there astral plane, but sure you will get calm through experience.
Whatever you do in astral plane, it will be a lesson for your physical life, even if you are fighting with alien, its somewhat like you are fighting with your own for the self realization and a bad in you.

I think you haven't asked your guide to help you, ask him. He/She will come to help you :)

1. Etheric is a buffer zone in between our physical plane and astral plane. It is bit low energy area.     Here you can see physical people around you easily. 2. They don't actually get to know that you are in front of them & talking to them. They will feel it somewhat like telepathy :) 3. I think it depends on how much you practice, Its difficult to tell that. I have recently had more than 20 projections in 1 hour :) 4. Anything :) 5. This depends on what you do, If you practice to fly in astral plane every time you project, you can't fly in real life right ?     But in the sense of perception, you will get changed a lot. Like if you were doing some work in 10mins, you can improve those skills in astral plane and you do the same work in 5 mins :) 6.
