:)  In my mind's eye, I can make misty pictures, formless shapes.  It is by concentration on any one place or thing that the formless takes shape.  It's like the mist becomes little atom magnets that stick to the shape.  It is like x-ray vision, but it is x-ray perception.  ;D

That's right Celeste, Only with concentration we can bring a formless things into its meaningful state. Concentration needs a calm mind for sure.

It is the belief which will help you than the hard struggle for the separation. When you are in sleep paralysis, just try to stay calm for few seconds and then try the exit techniques in the forum sticky, I assure you, it will surely work
