Correct eye position and teeth closure

Patrick Going out

This is a question for the moderator mostly, and any possible others who may have a helpful suggestion. I read the article on "astral project in 1 day". It was very informing.

When you said, keep the eyes pointed toward the middle of the eye lid, did you mean straight and exactly forward? Or gaze upward and in at the third eye? Depending on how to interpret that, I came up with only these two locations to pinpoint. It's harder on the eyes to gaze upward, but easier to keep the eyes still. Looking straight out is easier on the eyes but harder to keep them still.

And should the teeth press hard a little or just snug. Should I let them separate as I get more relaxed?

This post hasn't been active for a while but I hope you are still monitoring it.

Was this astral projection?

I would love some answers or opinions to see if my experience was astral projection. A while ago, I was in my bed texting someone and after a while my screen turned yellow/pink and it started to get blurry, I felt so weird I put my phone down and closed my eyes. When I did, I saw myself, my body like I was floating in space. I saw that I turned around and my body felt so weird like I was floating in space, it asked much energy from my body although I just turned around in my bed. When I opened my eyes and put the lights on everything was a strange yellowish colour. Can someone tell me what this was please?

I used to get the same feeling when I attempted to project, It still happens here and there actually. All I can say is, because astral projection/ lucid dreaming is much more vivid and realistic than an ordinary dream, it would make me assume the body sends out some pretty heavy chemicals to numb you from acting out your experience. Make some changes to clean your diet if you haven’t already, iv noticed when I eat strictly vegan, as much raw food as I can get, the sluggish feeling after a projection attempt isn’t nearly as bad and doesn’t last quite as long. Much love my friend! Stay astral!

5 year old ps Astral Projection

Praveen Kumar S Wake-walking in dream state

Hey, I used to have sleep paralysis throughout my childhood till teens. When I found that I can use sleep paralysis to astral project, I was so excited, but whenever I tried, I always used to end up in scary sleep paralysis but slowly started to overcome that and astral projected peacefully after that. From few years, I am seriously missing those initial days of astral projection where I used to astral project every night, now due to many reasons, I astral project very fewer times in a month.

I guess, it is common to lose interest or sometimes when you are having too many things to do, all you can do is just drop on the bed and sleep off.

The suggestion that I can give is, if you want to astral project and have those missing stuffs back, you need to practice daily and you will be doing it every day blush

Did i Astral Project by accident?

searchingforSamAerikWinters I keep having vivid and sometimes lucid dreams of the most wonderful and perfect guy. But now I'm confused because I don't know if they're just dreams or accidental astral travel.

Hello, I was just wondering if you could help be with something please. Since last August I've been having these wonderful vivid dreams of a tall, dark haired English man with grey eyes. Is this accidental astral travel? Most of the times I dream of him, I'm wken with a jolt?

The Dangers of Astral Projection (Demons and negative entities)

caroline carolblu45

I was wondering if anyone has done this to themselves. And I want to warn everyone about this and this is very real. I was in a state of astral projection and I called something to my body, (During the first stage of OBE) and it has stayed with me for the last three in a half months (awake). It is a negative entity. Would anyone know the right country to go to to seek a spiritual healer? Im trying to astral project again to call it back but I haven't been able to do it yet. Does anyone know the right spiritual healer to go to?

How to astral project in one single day! ( Devastating post! )

Praveen Kumar S Wake-walking in dream state

If you can move your limbs, its just numbness and not sleep paralysis.

Why do you need sleep paralysis? It is not necessary to astral project. You can astral project even without sleep paralysis. Please follow the exact steps written above and you should be able to astral project easily.
