If you can move your limbs, its just numbness and not sleep paralysis.

Why do you need sleep paralysis? It is not necessary to astral project. You can astral project even without sleep paralysis. Please follow the exact steps written above and you should be able to astral project easily.

This is a very peculiar phenomenon for me which seems to prove the subtle difference between lucid dream, and astral projection.

Here it is, Sometimes when I'm dreaming, a silver dot will catch my eye and fly right by me, or I will notice the night sky being exceptionally brilliant with stars, or a sunset blazing. If I focus on any of these things by accident, within 2 seconds the light instantly jolts me awake and directly into sleep paralysis, where I am ready to have a waking projection, I guess BACK into the astral world?

What's going on here? Everyone seems to project from the waking state, but I am entering from the dream state... Am I double projecting and re-entering the astral plane at a higher, more aware vibration?

I'm new to meditation and astral projection but a few times ive seen glimpses. Glimpse of a planet, flying through space and even,looking up to see the sky through a clearing of trees when I was sitting in my room. They were never vivid though and i can still hear what is happening around me. Is this still astral projectIon or any explanation of what i am experiencing?

Hello everyone. So usually when I focus deep enough I start seeing dark-blue waves of energy surrounging me. Is there a way to use this energy for astral projection? Usually when I keep my calm and concentrate I start seeing familiar people's faces, then I start seeing visions, which are kind of like astral travel, but not really, because it's harder to keep control.
