Well yeah! , maybe those random things , but it still happens like what happened to me , Also in astral you are just a soul and you cant touch anything , so i just think its a lucid :)

Well, this is not my first astral , its around my 5th or 4th , i can do it but im lazy to be honest , and what i mean by thinking with soul is nearly belief, because humans cannot actually explain feelings , its like telling you to explain how to move your eyes, how the hell am i supposed to explain? Move your lungs or what!

My point was being reliefed and trusting your self alot thats why i said thinking by soul , and yes brother , everyone can do it if they have strong will in astral projection , but my point was i didnt have that strong will untill we loved each others :)

It reminds me of an experience, a dream, a projection I had.  Yes, it is an instruction rather than an other-place projection.  Your mental self was actively communicating to your other selves.  Take the location out; you are nowhere, but in your own mind.  The visual cortex is the stage.  The characters in the cinema are different aspects of you.  Remember now, you are nowhere but in your own mind.  They have said that Edgar Cayce could go in a trance, become a second self, and travel to the place that was specified and find things that were lost or forgotten.  I have no comment on that. 
But, your visual cortex had the images 'burned' in there of the location in London because of the TV program.  And your memory was playing in that picture. ...(continued)

What I have read about was there is two kinds of plane or world, called Local 1 and local 2 (named by Robert Monroe in Ultimate Journey and Journey out of body. What he said is that the local 1 looks almost perfectly alike the physical world and local 2 may be the world that many projectors are talking about (The astral world). Hope this info help you!  :D
