Hi prinseza,
I think its just your mind's projection, Try to stay calm. then only way to get rid of all these things is staying calm :)
As your said in your introduction, you can actually try some deep breath when you feel scary or too excited, It actually works a lot :)

YOUR ASTRAL PROJECTION EXPERIENCE

KellsBells I'm Here for Inner Awakening

I used to do something very similar to this turn around technique.  I'd put my hands up in front of my face until everything else just sort of blurred out, and then I'd think where I wanted to be and slowly take my hands down and find myself in the place I'd thought of.  I only ever went to three or four place so it seemed to work well.  I never had the opportunity to play around with it to see if I could go anywhere else...but I'm looking forward to trying!

Getting closer, feels amazing so really really need help with something.

KellsBells I'm Here for Inner Awakening

I have no idea what my experiences were because I thought everything was a lucid dream.  I didn't know about anything else because I really had no frame of reference.  Let me just say though, that I know what you're talking about.

Go find a really high swing set and swing.  I would always do that within a lucid dream.  It's the same feeling, only you can choose to do it and don't have to wait for some random motion to appear for you.  Although at the time I had no idea what I was doing and I just assumed it was a part of my lucid dream, this always worked.  When I got really high, I'd look forward as I swung back, and then lean back and close my eyes as I'd go forward.  I always got this vibration you're talking about and I'd *poof* be...(continued)

Ninelives!  Oh my gosh!  Our experiences are very similar.  I have the space feeling also, but in a slightly different way.  But would get the same space type of feeling of things being totally infinite.  Man, am I glad I found this forum.  :D

Jeff?

I am so glad I'm not the only one who feels this way sometimes!  Unfortunately for me (and hopefully fortunately for me because I have every intention of getting it back) I didn't start having these sorts of insecurities until after I no longer had the abilities to do what I was doing.  I really didn't have much knowledge about any of it.  At that point I started poking around and realizing what a hard time other people have, or that people simply can't do it at all...and it's had the effect of seeming to make my dreamer's block worse!  I found this forum to hopefully change that and so far I'm feeling really optimistic.
