I think I nearly astral projected...

Echo I'm Here for Inner Awakening

Sometimes I think I'm not paralyzed, when I actually am. So if I start to suspect I am, I move quickly.

Also, to me it sounds like maybe you did separate. Even if you think you moved your physical body, get up. Get out of bed and do some reality checks. I've had plenty of time when I thought I was awake and in my physical body when all of a sudden I start floating or something.

problems with projecting...

almos I'm Here for Inner Awakening

no matter what teqnique i try or how i do it, my body willl not fall asleep. This is the only thing holding me back, I was wondering if someone could help me with this.

My take - backed by a few years of experience in those matters - is that the perequisite to achieve success in astral projection is to strengthen the imaginary/subtle/astral body. In other words, the exercises that target this supposed body do lead to visionary experiences such as conscious (lucid) dreams and "astral projections", while merely teetering on the brink of sleep doesn't.

In one of my earlier posts, I gave a link to one rather dangerous but nevertheless effective exercise that comes from the tradition of the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn (http://www.wisdomsdoor.com/wb/hwb-mpe.shtml). The exercise used to work for me in...(continued)

Progress!

KellsBells I'm Here for Inner Awakening

Hello!

Sorry for the late reply.  I've been off the board for awhile.  I'd love to hear your experience!  I had a hard time finding anything similar to this.  Seriously, it was so strange.  Nothing like that has ever happened to me before.

What happened to me

No no, he projected, definitely.
It's a form of projection which Robert Monroe stumbled upon which he termed "phasing".

It's the form of projection which I teach mostly as well.  It's basically summed up as you being "here"... then you feel a shift of some kind... and then you're "there" (there being some reality frame identified as not being this physical reality).

It *can* be done really fast if all the conditions are just right, which is seemingly what occurred here.  :)  Congrats!

Generally, in my experiences, with this kind of projection you don't usually get vibrations of any sort.  But then, it's also a unique and personal thing... so what you'll experience is really up in the air.  ;)

Need help with my routine.

Praveen Kumar S Wake-walking in dream state

If you sleep at 8AM, keep an alarm so that you can wake up at 12 or 12:30. Just be out from bed for 10-15 Minutes.
Go to bed again, If your earplugs are not working, just download some binuaral beats and put it on head phones.
So, you will be not disturbed by the noise :)
And, use some techniques which always work for you :)

let me know, if this works :)
