You can also make your back straight for faster paralyses by putting a pillow under your knee :) , it works

A very old projection - I was seventeen when it occurred.

I remember that this particular day was the first day of school after the summer holiday. I woke up early and began my exercises. After concentrating on mental images for a short while I left the darkness of my bedroom and entered the brilliant light of day on the other side.

I found myself in what was then my parents bedroom and flew out of our balcony. After flying down the nearby street for a short while I saw something I still can't find words for.

At the end of the street there was a landscape of what truly can be described as another world. There were two buildings in the distance in front of me. Oh also remember to put your palm on your third eye position and close your both eyes together after you wake up from projection instantly, i used to see black dark spider on wall sticked with 4 red eyes watching me and she was huge, but as long as i started to do that method i see nothing at all!! Keep them closed for 30 seconds at least then open them and everything is ok :) , oh and trust me, astral projection has no fear at all!! Its so fun there!

alfontanas, when you become lucid in a dream, think of vibrations in your body. You will immediately find yourself back in your body, imagine the vibrations and they should come. Then you can exit.

Do not have fear when seeing scary things. Also, if you project while in an angry state or right after something made u angry, you might see scary things. But remain fearless.

Honestly?  Pain is your bodies way of telling you that there is "something wrong". 
My suggestion would be to go to your doctor for a complete physical if you haven't already.
