One of my favourite is walking through walls, I am not able to try Jumping into painting, have to try it once ;)

Wow it's been a long time since I've been on here. It's a shame really because all this is very interesting. I've been in that state where you feel like ur walking through mud. It's not as fun as a more pure astral experience, but it's still intriguing to me. I think the best experience is becoming lucid in the middle of a dream...there's already people established to interact with.

It's definitely projection. It sounds like it was a little chaotic. Try to stay super calm, and don't rush into it. I always start with vision. Once I feel the vibrations I start to envision my bedroom (with a little bit of light so that I can see my surroundings) then I work on a separation strategy..though sometimes it happens automatically, and then work on exiting my room. I use windows, doors, and mirrors or sometimes float through ceilings.

Sounds like it to me :) I think because you started thinking about the fact you were in bed sleeping you got sucked back to your body. Sometimes it's not a clean break, so to speak, from your body. I have had projections where try as I might, I keep getting dragged back to my body. Lol..it's always a very peculiar experience

Hmm well if that's the case then how do you gain more astral energy to continue projecting cause I have this same problem, which leads me to have to turn to other techniques, when it's just my energy depleted? I haven't been able to project for a while now. If it's sleep that regains this, then its not working.
