Hi Astra Stalker, The best way to get sleep paralysis in my experience is the reverse count method. You can even experience how your body transitions from wake state to sleep state.

I'm 13 aswell. There is no need to be afraid. Ask god to protect you're body and he will. Tell the parasites to go away without fear and they will. You're silver cord can NEVER be broken (Unless you die naturally). You will need to stay vigilant, just don't be afraid and they can't touch you.

I tried doing the "Sphere of Light" method. I couldn't fall asleep, but I left the vibrations in my spine! It made me feel like my whole body was shaking, and at some points I felt upside-down, on a wall or even hovering! I told myself to not be afraid, but I didn't know what to do next! So, I opened my eyes. I realized that I wasn't afraid, I was just amazed. I'm going to try again right away, and hope that I can put more time into falling asleep.
The upside down and on the wall parts got me the most, as I have a fear of height. x.o
I know it's not real, and I had no idea how "scary" it could be. I didn't hear buzzing, though.

Anyone else AP or "dream" of this place recently? Any other astral retrievers out there? Or know what they are? I vaguely remember "dreaming" of being in this area, looking for someone. Then saw news of a missing person's case. Anyone else having these experiences? And of this place, what did / do you pick up? I don't remember, just know I dream of being in a trailer park.

I saw this image on news, and "remembered", I dreamt of it, but no other info. I have had dreams like this before, a decade ago. Of AP'g somewhere, witnessing something. No control over it, nor focusing on anything, just happens.

My point of view on the whole situation having to do with any kind of projection of the self from the body is anybody with the right 'fuel' can by intuition perform the projection. 
A car cannot run without gasoline. The 'fuel' you need to run is simply vitamins and minerals.

Then you can perform more than just projection.

You should not even have to go through any 'procedure' to project and it may be that everybody is projecting and they just don't know it. They become schizophrenic and wonder where their other half is.

They get married thinking that their spouse is their other half.
Sometimes it works, but there are times when people just can't figure out why their spouses think the way they do ???

This sounds complicated but really isn't.

Best times to practise: In bed before going to sleep, literally just after waking up

Needed: Incense (optional), crystals (optional) and an i-pod or an mp3 player (necessary)

I recommend not having the room in pitch black but not having the room bright. Dim the lights as low as they go or throw something non flammable over a lamp. If you have nothing non flammable and your lights don't dim then have the hallway light on and open the door ajar. If that's not possible then just have the room in pitch black it just helps to visualise the room.

I like to use an mp3 player or i-pod rather than a laptop because they're much smaller and don't have bright lights. That said a laptop can be used when the chips are down. Use headphones.
