Cool short experience

Lostlight2013 I'm Here for Inner Awakening

I had an exciting experience where i drifted asleep while i was laying in bed meditating. Well i woke up while i was asleep, i could hear and feel myself snoring, it was pretty exciting. Then i got intense vibrations but couldn't, the only thing that could was my arms. SO i thought to myself (or so i thought) "man i could use some help". Just then, i felt two hands grab mine, they were very warm, and probably the most memorable part of the experience. Once they grabbed me, they pulled me in OPPOSITE directions, it felt very much like getting torn in half right down the middle, just not pain of course! :).
At this point, i was out of my body and for some reason i was at my parents house in my old room. As i stood up i felt very groggy, like i was going to fall over and fall asleep so i ran (which was more like stumbled) away...(continued)

Self Hypnosis to Astral Project

Surfent Unattainable dreams are the best kind.

For self-hypnosis, you need to get yourself into a deep trance. The following is an excerpt from "A Treatise on Astral Projection" by Robert Bruce:

"How To Enter A Trance
Relax and calm your mind through breath awareness. Imagine you are climbing down a ladder in the dark. Don't visualize a ladder; just imagine you can feel yourself doing it. On the exhale, feel yourself climbing a step or two down the ladder. On the inhale, feel yourself holding still on the ladder.

What is needed is a mental falling effect inside your mind. This changes the level of brain wave activity from the awake level (Beta) to the asleep level (Alpha) or the deep sleep level (Theta). Once your level of brain wave activity reaches Alpha you will enter a trance.

Keep doing this for as long as it takes. The time it takes to enter trance will...(continued)

My 1st Experience was SCARY

ajoyceb I'm Here for Inner Awakening

For the last 5 or 6 days I've been doing a lot of research about astral projection. I've downloaded guided meditations to help me 'get outside my body.' I've listened to those several times with no luck. I got a light tingling and a sort or upward motion but that's it. I know I'm new at this and it will take a lot of practice but two morning ago I had an extremely terrifying experienceâ Me and my husband were laying in bed asleep and the phone rang. He answered and I heard the voice on the other end confirming his appointment for Monday. He hung the phone up and stayed in bed a few minutes. Then I had a thought of being in his dad's house (were many have had scary paranormal experiences. I was standing at the top of the stairs in between the bedrooms. At the same time the whole left side of my head starting this really...(continued)

Why is religion involved with Astral Projection? And other Q's

Praveen Kumar S Wake-walking in dream state

Hi Infinate Dreams :)

Sorry for the delay ;)

ok, lets start with little science..

According to Quantum mechanics, we live in a multidimensional world where other dimensions are intervened such that we are not able to notice it. Were, we humans are 3 dimensional beings.
There are few other dimensional beings in other dimensions. The demons & angels are actually other dimensional beings.

As Nikola tesla said,

"If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration." - Nikola Tesla

Demons are actually beings with lower energy, frequency & vibrations. Angels are actually with higher energy, frequency & vibrations.
When we are astral projecting, we tune our consciousness to the astral plane like how we tune our radios to find the...(continued)

Seeking First Intentional AP

dizzieblonde I'm Here for Inner Awakening

Newbie to the forum after reading some of the AP posts for the last few days and hoping to develop my projection abilities. Although I have experienced two or three incidences of projection several years ago, these were entirely unintentional. I've been experimenting with various mp3 sounds intended to induce a projection over several months now but without much success, the closest being the sleep paralysis stage which then I struggle with and wake up from as I'm convinced I won't be able to breathe if I let it continue! :-\

  • For those of you more experienced with intentionally inducing a projection, I'm hoping you may be able to offer some guidance...

  • Do you find meditation or hypnosis induction sounds help or hinder you? I'm finding them relaxing and giving me something to focus on, but sometimes induce sleep...(continued)

Some Beginner Questions Regarding Astral Projection

I was doing some Googling tonight, the subject: Astral Projection and Out of Body Experiences. I came across a post on Yahoo with some questions and I thought Iâd answer them here, because Iâm sure more than one person reading this has probably asked these at one point or another.

So, letâs get into the questions!

  1. I heard demons can get into your body, so should I have a cross bible etc? A: This has always been an old world mystical belief, that something could possess you while youâre âœout of bodyâ. It simply canât happen. Your physical body, or at least the thing that your consciousness is focused towards and experiencing while youâre awake and aware in this physical reality is yours and yours alone. Thereâs absolutely no danger from this. However, the tools we use to protect ourselves are...(continued)

Is Astral Projection a Spiritual Practice?

The simple answer to this question is no, Astral Projection is not a spiritual practice in itself. I have no doubt that some people will be surprised to hear that and others will be nodding in agreement. Please allow me to explain.

This is, in fact, the wrong question. The question should be, âœCAN Astral Projection be a spiritual practice?â. The answer to that is a resounding YES. Of course it can be, but you need to make the conscious choice to make it so.

It starts with asking yourself why do you want to learn Astral Projection, or if the case is that you already know how, then simply ask why do you Project? It begins with the Intent behind the âœwhyâ. If all youâre looking for is the thrill of something new, or perhaps you want to just fly around, or maybe youâre wanting to spy on peopleâ well, the...(continued)

Suicide, Astral Projection, and help/advice.

Monty Python I'm Here for Inner Awakening

Hey guys :)

I apologies if this post is in the wrong discussion, I'm urgently seeking answers to a lot of Astral Projection questions that have been stuck in my head for quite a while now, and I haven't had much luck in finding what I perceive to be the correct answers or advice. All the other AP forum sites wouldn't let me post because my accounts are still awaiting activation from admins (Even after weeks!) :-\

I'll try to keep this post as short as possible because I do have a lot of questions to ask and a story to tell that will help you understand my current situation, and why I'm asking such questions in the first place...

Here goes......

Since the age of about 10 or 11 my physical life shall we say, has been plagued by a series of problems that I've had for the last 11 years or so, I won't go into...(continued)

wrong exit technique???

EnkiGautama I'm Here for Inner Awakening

Hi guys,

thanks a lot for the tips, I will definitely have to look more into exit techniques.

@ellyz

I quickly went over it and you know what, i will give it a try. You never know when you don't try it right....so maybe this helps. I'll keep you posted.

Like Tushi said, it is craaaazy when the vibrations kick in, but usually I stay calm because I know it`s gonna happen. Maybe it is more the excitement that it is gonna happen.....so yea..it ain't easy to stay 100% calm I'd say :)

But I`ll try to fin out more about the other techniques...
