Introducing myself and my experiences

Hello everyone, thank you for having me.

I’m genuinely grateful for anyone who will read this and maybe assist me in a way or another. Thank you blush

I’m really new to astral projection (never done this). I just read a book about it (a friend offered it to me, but I lost it and forgot the name) and had really strange experiences in life that opened me to the idea.

My knowledge is very restraint, I’m just starting with meditation and read “Astral Projection Guidebook: Mastering the Art of Astral Travel by Erin Pavlina”.

I’m mostly looking forward exchanging with you guys, and having some guidance.

What about my story? Despite of 5 years of nocturnal terrors when I was a very young, I always have been enjoying dreaming. I never mastered lucid dreaming on purpose, but I already have been on a physical sleeping...(continued)

Dream within the dream

Hi I started practising AP 6 days ago and in third day I APed myself only half of body and it was from lucid dreaming .It happened like this: while i was lucid and when i look up i saw letters that said Scorpio Roll Out. This "Roll Out" reminded me of technique and that i am dreaming and my purpose to AP in first place. I realized to roll out and i was moving my head towards the other bed but only half of it. And i was about 2 seconds in astral form. I heard some buzzing in my head like a waving and i get excited (who wouldn't for first time),but this morning something really CRAZY happened to me.

I HAD A DREAM WITHIN THE DREAM:

Okay as i start to practise AP, i fell in sleep during the practise . While i was dreaming, what was it some kind of fighting with monsters in Darks Souls 3 it was mixed, anyway this is where it...(continued)

Booya!

Effector Effort Perseverance Courage Venom. Singing for absolution...

I had my first ever sleep paralysis no more than 2 days behind the day of this posting. It was an authentic dejavu. But I had done absolutely nothing to induce it. Well to elaborate, I had done a fair bit of reading before I had just... I don't remember but I just woke up to vibrations in both my wrists. Actually I first thought that I just awoke? But now I realize that it must have been the tremors, totally. To elaborate further, it was simply the standard bed time, you know?Nothing unusual.

But there I was, I hadn't opened my eyes but I was smiling inside alright. I was like This is it! It's working! But I was skeptical about continuing and dissociating? Because I had had a splitting headache all day and it had reached the verge of subsiding by the time I was vibrating however, but I was feeling low about it, as I thought it was not a...(continued)

Can anyone tell me if I projected?

I think you just had a really vivid dream. Going to a room alone and trying to project is the best way to get good results. I am currently trying it and have gotten all the right symptoms but I haven't spiritually gotten out yet. That being said, unless you got up and saw yourself on the bed, then that means you projected. But from what it sounds like, you just had a very lucid/vivid dream.

Upon returning...

Kai Vallon As above, So below.

Ive been studying/practicing astral projection for a couple of months so far. And I've found that sometimes after I've been projecting for longer periods of time, and returning to my physical body/full consciousness, that I feel a strong (not painful) pressure on my chest. Does anyone else, or has anyone else experienced this as well?

Before Vibrational stage

Eli I dont know what this is ._.

Hello, im new here :3

so yesterday, i tried, after a very long pause, to astral poject once more, i never eally did experience it and i only ever gotten the vibrational stage by accident when before a couple of years i tried to astral project with no succeion and i woke up in the middle of the stage, nvm that, so yesterday i was in concentration trying to get to the vibrational stage, and after about 15 min of me trying very hard my swallow reflex exists (witch i couldnt btw -.-) i suddenly felt something i never felt, best way to describe it is like, i felt like, its hard so bear with me, my eyes started focusing alone on the center, and they were pushing alone, and i started to feel as if my soul was being pulled back. does that make sense, now i know i didnt AP or anything, but is that what is supposed to feel like?...(continued)
