New here :) from VA

Hello, I'm Andrea. I just found this site this morning in my search to fully understand astral projection and what happened to me the other morning that scared me to death. I posted my experience in the 1st experience thread for suggestions or help. I want to be able to do this. I remember since I was a young child, my grandmother used to tell us stories of her projecting. She always called it mind traveling. She'd tell us things we did or said that she just couldn't have known...unless she really was there with us. She said she kept an eye on us a lot when we didn't know it. But she also decided later to stop because she felt it was something from the devil. I don't feel that way at all tho. So I will continue trying and hope I can get out of my body to explore soon :)
