Astral projection simple technique

Hi all, I am writing a very simple technique to astral projection. Check this out and let me know how it goes.

Relaxation is the main key as always, if you relax well and stay calm, you will succeed. Checkout the below points.

  1. Sleep in a comfortable position
  2. Close your eyes
  3. Feel every single parts of your body
  4. Breath in and breath out
  5. Count 99 and take a breath in, count 99 and take a breath out
  6. Again, count 98 and take a breath in, count 98 and take a breath out
  7. Do the above till you fall asleep or till you feel the vibrations

What is feeling of body part means?
You have think about your toes and forget about all other body parts, you have to concentrate only on toes and slowly move upwards like heels, ankle, knee and so on. Combine this with the above mentioned breathing technique to get best results.

Concentrate, Feel, Breath and count.

Do not worry if you slip to your sleep, you will start getting vibrations 1 hours after you fell asleep if you have done the technique well.

When you are in vibration state, do not fear, just try to stay calm as much as possible, else you will loose vibration.

What after vibrations?
Use some of the exit techniques mentioned below to exit out of your body and experience astral projection.

Hi Daniel, The focus is to relax your body. When you feel your toe and when you move on to your heels, you would have forgot your toe, which means, you have relaxed your toe.
