Does anyone have hints for me? :)
it is said that keeping a dream journal helps to train remembering dreams...
Problem is, i cant remember anything after waking up. nothing!
so i cant write to my journal ???
is there some technique to train that? or what would be better:
some technique to train myself to wake up in my dreams when i want so,
because waking up in an lucid dream... there may be some memories i guess...?
