so yesterday i was able to locate, activate, and balance all seven of my chakras, and then circles of light in my palms also, never heard of them, but i could feel that there was energy coming from them. I also found that i could charge them, i charged them so much they became a solid black color, but first they were more red in color before turning black, but then they felt heavy, and i felt out of balance, so i realeased all of that energy i had charged in my palms, and they went back to circles of pure light. i have done astral projection before, and i have done lucid dreaming, so i tried something new this time. I lied down on my bed, didnt move at all, and foucused on breathing and my chakras, my aim was to go into a lucid dream without actually falling asleep mentally, and i wanted to bring my chakras along with me for the ride. Somehow i was able to get close to this in a very short amount of time, within like half an hour, i could feel my arms being paralyzed, and all of a sudden i felt like i could move my arms, even though my arms were not actually moving, it wasnt me just imagining my arms moving, i physically felt them moving, even though they werent....i knew that i had to meditate more until my whole body was like that. Next went my eyes, i could feel them getting extremely numb, and i started to see different colors of light, thats where i freaked out, because my eyes felt pain, not just uncomfort. Im not sure if i should have just beared through the pain or if i am doing something wrong.
also, im only 18, and have never been taught these things formally, just been kind of discovering them, what do you think?
need help
It was beneficial for you to come out of that. It has to do with the nerves of the eye. When you are in any full-blown meditation modes or lucid dreaming your eyes are not in any way held in any position. You are not trying to make yourself dead. You think of watching somebody die or how they are portrayed in pictures. Their eyes roll up into their head, the iris disappears. Why is that?
The eyeballs are filled with liquid just like your skull is because your eyes are brains. They are the opposite end of the nerves that lead to the visual cortex. Have you ever heard of when people go into comas, they go into what is called a 'fetal position.' All of their muscles and tendons contract. That is the answer as to why the iris disappears.
The eyes are very unique. There are only about 3 or 4 creatures with eyes like ours, with rods and cones. None of the usual critters like dogs or cats or birds or horses or cattle, etc. have them; they see only black and white.
I'm getting to the pain you were having in your eyes. Don't do that anymore. You were cutting off any information that your iris could have sent by intentionally holding and pushing your eyes upward. When you sleep, the rods and cones of the iris are the interpreters of the information sent to them from the visual cortex and they move (R.E.M sleep).
In that way, you cannot force your body into doing something that takes a different kind of preparation. Invest in dark eye covers. See, the rods and cones act just like the synapses of the brain, but your anatomy was very different thousands of years ago.. There is another eye you have and people have just blown it off as something that only birds have. Yes, the Pineal Gland. And it has everything to do with what you are trying to do. There is a different way to prepare.
Counting the eyes, you have 4 different distinct brains in your skull and the Pineal Gland looks down on the 4th, the cerebellum. Y'all, There is so much information that you would have to know to be able to do what was commonplace thousands of years ago and still the parts have become so unused and unneeded that they have atrophied and decayed.
That is why some people can naturally do the psychic transfer travel thing because it is the desire of the Grand Mind to allow you to do that without any preparation or body parts. Just let it come naturally.
