Its okay , just get braver and everything will be as easy at water , remeber lucid is only your thoughs nothing more , so fear nothing ;)
Once I gained control of my lucid dreams I could anything imaginable...bad guys shoot bullets at me...I stop the bullets in mid air and watch them all...I also find telekinesis is very real in a lucid dream...I see that basketball over there...I think of it floating to my hands and boom! The basketball flys to Mr as if my body was a magnet...if you imagination vivid and you have full control of your thoughts...you can do anything during a lucid dream

Fear it, that is a good one!! It works, I know. Only my problem is, that in lucid dreams (or normal dreams) mostly my fears become real. So I every time watch my darkest thoughts/fears entering the dream scenario (like looking into a mirror and seeing what I don't want to see, ok, it is a very nice opportunity to have a mirror like that).
But the most nice experience was a few days ago, I was watching my fear again and someone told me I should love the fear away. I still have to try if that works. Thanks anyway!!

I had my first real lucid dream two nights ago and in that lucid dream there were people. The first one was my step-mother. We had an argument that day over something and it got pretty heated and we said things that we otherwise wouldn't. In that dream, we were in her house and it was clearly the house she is in now with my dad who is 92 and fading, sorry to say. I had my nighttime blindfold on which I had on and was seated in a chair in front of the fireplace and she walked up to me and asked me why I had that on and I started sobbing and telling her how sorry I was to have said what I did and she said that she also said wrong things and that it was OK. Seated next to me was my brother who died a few years age and I kneeled in front of him and said, 'Corky, you died of a brain hemorrhage and you are alive now!' I clearly heard a 'Wow!' like a background voice and he started getting younger and younger changing into the person I remembered in my past with him. The scene changed and I was walking through the front yard of a house that we used to live in and I knew that I was in my body and it was me and I was walking by a bush and I purposely reached out and grabbed a limb of the bush and pulled the leaves off. I was walking down the road and I looked to my left and saw some parked cars and somebody walking with a dark 'hoodie' coat on and I yelled to him and he started waving to me ....
There was more to it, but the next day my step-mom actually confirmed it by apologizing and I apologized and we made up. So, our dreams are memories of the past, but it is also the present people and we can have a 'conversation' with them or whatever.
