Lucid dream

Hi this is my first post in this forum My name is Dennis. Fist of my fist experience lucid dreaming is sometimes i will notice im dreaming and then i will wake up then i can't move. I never knew there were techniques for doing this at will. I also remember when i was a kid i remember my body floating in the air and when i looked down i saw my physical body and then i thought i saw big eyes which scared me and i woke up.
I recently discovered this astral projection and lucid dreaming this summer and i have been trying to do both. I have researched enough that i have been told that meditation helps you do astral and lucid dreaming. Since i have been trying to do this through meditation? I have been able to remember my dreams more my record is 3 or 4 days that i have been able to wake and remember my dreams. I became more interested when i was able to move things with my mind in one of my dreams, there was another dream when i ended up on hijacked train.
I have a question when i meditate and close my eyes and focus on my breath, while closing my eyes do i look into the blank space in front of me while focusing on my breath? There are states where i feel like im falling asleep and when i notice this i switch to my consciousness and then i wake up. Should i let the sleep happen or should just stop it with my conscious?
sometimes i find it easy when i stair into black space with my eyes closed im able to lucid dream.

First you shall have divided this post to 2 posts , which is asking in (( techniques to lucid dreaming)) so some people can find useful too , second of all , you shall stare at the blackness and not move your eyes at all for around 2-5 minutes not moving them so you trick your body that you are sleeping , third of all you shouldnt think of nothing when you stare , instead you shall count your breaths , daydreams.(( choose one of them )) because if you stay thinking about nothing you will end up having million thoughs and mind chatter and chatting to yourself which leads to maba failure (( mind awake body asleep )) , but if you keep your mind busy, your body will shut before your mind , then you can actually continue your way :)

Any more help or any of un-understandable things , free to ask :)

Thanks for the reply it was useful. And also when you said choose one did you mean either i concentrate on breathing or stare in the blank space? And what did you mean by keeping your mind busy? And i will post the last part into lucid dreaming techniques.

First , i meant you shall choose neither count your breath or day dream , and remember to ONLY breath 1/2 if you are meditating for sleep paralysis , (( 1/2 breath for sleep paralysis ONLY not in yoga too! )) , second of all , you shall always keep your mind busy because you are falling your body into sleep not your mind!! So shall keep thinking but dont think about anything! Thinking about anything can make you forget what you are doing easily and you will see yourself falling into sleep , so keep thinking about... Counting your breath.. Daydreaming... Or maybe even repeting (( mind awake body asleep )) sentence :)

i have been able dream every night and i notice that im dreaming and with a little control. There is this one dream where i was with a group of people and we were attacked by some monsters i noticed that i was kicking these monsters and when i thought of the monsters as friends they were changing into girls wearing black metal armor lol then i lost control. I also notice when im laying on my back my dreams are more friendlier and when laying cafe down they are not so nice.

Ya, Same thing happened to me yesterday.
Until day before yesterday, I was like getting scared with my lucid dream entities when I hit them(I hit my dream entities sometimes :P ). They used to attack me in return. I was doing this because I can get little stronger. But yesterday I when hit one, He just waved me and went :)
So, I understood that being stronger is not important. We should be Loved by everyone which is more important :)
