Bad Dreams

Lately my sleep especially disturbed by gloomy dreams, even nightmares. It happens very often that my love awakens me because I'm hyperventilating or am in my sleep at the 'beep' (in my dream I scream or cry then, if I try to scream without sound comes from). I will describe below the last three dreams.

Dream 1 I lie in bed and suddenly I hear all kinds of sounds. Sounds like there is a burglar. I realize that I dream that I'm in bed, but the sounds are so real that I'm sure I should be to get over the situation. Wake control When I finally woke up, I try to make my friend woke up but I can not move. I try to scream but no sound comes out. I realize that I apparently still dream, but I feel that my eyes are wide open. The burglar is next, and I see him I want to hurt me, but I can not resist me. I get confused and do not know whether I dream or not, and whether it really happened or not. The only way I wake up from this dream is a full panic attack when I start to cry and hyperventilate. This dream I had often, although that was a few years ago. And that dream is coming back in a slightly different form. One time there was a fire, like aliens examine me. Other times Or I have to go to an important appointment and simply can not wake up when I hear my alarm go off (in my dream so, because I reality it is often midnight).

2 Dream I walk with a suitcase of an abandoned drive home, or to someone I'm going to stay. It's night and I walk alone leave on a long road, but I feel tough and just follow the road. Then a man comes towards me. He has a strange look and I do my best not to look at him, but then cross our eyes met anyway. He looks at me angrily and when he is close to me he spits in my face. He then start running again, and I realize that this is a mentally disturbed man and am glad he has just spit me in the face and not molested. Then suddenly all thoughts in my head. That he has not touched me, but he certainly has affected my dignity and that he never allowed to do. And he's still close to the middle of the night on a deserted road. And he would be so after me can run and still could rape me, or worse ... At that time I start to run and scream and I get into a panic. Completely I'm hyperventilating and my friend wakes me up.

3 Dream I am in a city and stalls everywhere. I'm there with a girlfriend. While we have walked a long way I find out that I lost my bag. I panic because everything is in it. Keys, money, ov map, phone ... My girlfriend decided to walk back, maybe he is somewhere. At the beginning of the shopping street is my bag and everything is still in there. Keys, phone, wallet. And yes, my money is still there, Passes ... Except my bank card! Immediately block then. But the bank is closed, nowhere does anyone know the phone number. I'm looking everywhere for a song, but that seems completely impossible. Then I get back in panic and I wake up. (The city where I am and where I am the girlfriend on a walk, I know in reality at all. In the dream, it is a major city and a good friend.)
