Astral Projection or Vivid False Awakenning

Hi all,
I hope some one would have experienced the same, I recently had some experiences that It don't seem like Astral Projection.
Today morning I woke up at 4 AM and went back to sleep at 7 AM till 8AM. I got vibrations and I stayed calm. I tried Projection and I got succeeded(hope so). But when I get into another room, I saw a table(which is really not there).

What did I experience ?
An Astral Projection or A Vivid False Awakening ??

Hope someone can explain this, here :)
