Who has tried the Binaural Beats and to what success?

Has anyone on this forum tried Binaural Beats? If so, did they help you achieve a projection or Lucid dream? What was your experience? As usual, when I get interested in something (such as astral travel) I become very fixated on it and wanting to learn all aspects of it and experience it. In reading about it I came to Binaural Beats which I came across several times before but didn't know what it was ( a message perhaps?). Now I understand it to be helpful in meditation or Astral Projection application and now I am interested in it.
I believe in synchronicity as being important to some degree. I am a fan of the Celestine Prophecy and the Tenth Insight and the other books too. Since I have been across Binaural beats before by accident on more than one occasion, I think there may be a message I need to receive.

I did, binural beats helps alot on reaching sleep paralysis, because once you meditate while listening to it, it will keep reducing your mind frequency, once it reaches around 12-18 frequency i think you will fall into sleep paralysis, you can find these on youtube :)

From experience, lucid dreaming and astral projection arent going to be achieved through listening to any kind of sound.  Although, I am fairly new to meditation, and personally, I instantly found binaural beats very helpful in relaxing my body.  With a little perseverance, I think there could be a lot of advantages to using binaural beats properly.
