Same with me throughout this year I have basically changed my whole way of life eating more pure and nutritious foods and have felt soooooo much better. I feel clean and full with energy as before I felt weak and sick all the time. Shame in me! I didn't know what I was missing. I have been watching documentaries and such educating myself on what humans were meant to eat. I basically eat close to no meat and eat a ton of raw vegetables and fruits. It helps that I started a garden and I also go wild plant scavenging for some exotic amazing alive food :P I have never felt better in my life. Oh also algae is amazing food. I get some chlorella and mix it in with water. I also started to exercise more but that's another story. Its really sickening to see people in school shove toxins down their throat not even realizing it while they are destroying their lives and disabling their inner being. Life is fragile and you should live it to the fullest! Cheers to the ones who defend themselves from brainwash and seek truth ;)
Re: Who do you meet on your nightly travels and have you confirmed it?
YEah I've tried the fasting thing. I remember feeling elated but then I also remembered reading that when you starve you get that kind of elation because your brain is starving or because it is a survival mechanism. I do think it frees up blood from the stomach and allows more oxygen to your brain. I wouldn't do it for more than 72 hours though. I have to watch as I am prone to low blood sugar. Maybe that explains the weird colors and shapes I see at night. Last night I was in a very light sleep but otherwise restless. At one point I rolled onto my back and opened my eyes. I say a group of round pink balls of light (about the size of grapes) come into a tight orb and then explode again. I was in a good place energetically so instead of being a little scared I just remembered thinking "cool". They exploded out a few inches and faded away.
I don't think meat is all bad. I come from a family who had to, at times, hunt just so they could eat. Well, not me, but when my dad was a child his dad worked very hard and he had 8 kids and my grandma grew food and worked hard keeping the home and farm going while pap worked. But, at times, they would have to eat deer to get by. But that was from a wild animal that lived the life it was supposed to - out in the sun, and with clean water and air. I think that it's the factory farmed animals or those that live in constant fear or pain that shouldn't be consumed especially in large quantities. The hormones and antibiotics probably mess with us too. I think cutting down on meat is beneficial but also it may just depend on your ancestry. For instance, if you are Native American, it may help that you eat as a hunter gatherer. The concept of food and its affects on our minds is very interesting and I hope to make more progress! I'll try the apple and water thing or maybe intermittent fasting. I'll try just about anything just to see how i am affected.
Yeah your right factory farmed animals are filled with toxins because that's what animals do when they are stressed and scared all the time; They release toxins into their body. On top of that they eat crap like corn which they shouldn't be eating. Also I just feel more clean and pure not eating much meat. But I don't fast much unless I am wanting to clean my blood.
