When i astral projected ...

Greetings,

To call the spirit guide, repeat saying anything about calling spirit guide, such as...." I will see the spirit guide i will talk to him right now i will see him i will see him i will see him!!" Keep repeating untill he appears , Or keep summoning him by saying and repeating " come spirit guide come! ", As the administrator praveen kumar mentioned around a month ago that spirit guide is always running away, i have only seen him once but sadly i lost my concentration in the projection and Ouuuuuuuuut! :p

About the astral planes, i suggest you to wait kumar for it, He actually knows lot about them, But about the spirit guide i guarantee that my method mentioned above will work perfectly :)

Hello again , When i astral projected i done it 5 times successfully i always go to lower and middle dimensional plane/astral plane , i astral project without any fears why wont i go to higher , and i cant find or call my spirit guide , what can i do to summon him ?  :( , I've been in the middle planes its like a world like that Avatar Movie the one with blue skins , and the lower got me in nightmare .

Hi Surfent, I feel you are trying to change/manipulate many things in astral plane. I feel you are trying very hard to get into astral plane. I suggest you not to try hard, rather try staying calm and try getting into astral plane. Always do not try to force anything, Go with the flow :)

I think you can try raising your energy by practicing meditation for few minutes and also try astral projection on early morning after 3AM as success rate to get into astral plane is more and possibility of getting into lower planes are less. At that time your thoughts will be clear and you will be more calmer than all other time. If you are more and more getting into lower planes, try practicing when you have natural light on your room. It will make you feel comfortable and you don't get into nightmares.

Regarding Spirit Guide, When I started practicing, I was very much interested in finding my spirit guide but actually I couldn't find him, I was always try running behind him and he was always running. Due to that I got frustrated and left him and started exploring my surroundings :)

As Enraged Master said, you can call him by "Verbal commands" like he has mentioned, "Spirit guide, Please come in front of me". Repeat it til he summons :)

1 more question : I astral projected awhile ago and i found 2 spirits and i wander with them i mean they look like asian cause they have small eyes  :D , is it that their dead already or i can meet people who astral projects too.

You can do both, But i cant guarantee that there is a way to find out other than asking them, Sometimes they are dead and sometimes they are people who have successfully projected :)
